A Goodfellow's Irony

[Moppet]

She paused and reflect on what he said. Then she looked at him and said, "Yes, I think you may be right, and from past experiences I have learned the more often than not, I will be safer and draw less attention if I go somewhere inside. I will just have to be careful not to be seen by to many people and hide in my dorm, if I can get to it , that is."

With that she turned and continued on toward the school, assuming that Puck would follow her.

[Puck]

Puck quickly followed after the girl, knowing that they would have to go in the same way to get back to their dorms. He walked along beside her as they went on into the school, not saying much as they did. In all honesty, he was a bit taken aback by all that had happened today. All these strange happenings seemed to be occurring here lately...what exactly did they mean? Would the time to save the school soon be at hand?

"I think this was your dorm," Puck smiled, reaching the girl's door. "I must say, I rather enjoyed myself today."

[Moppet]

Smiling she said, "Thank you, Puck. I had a truly wonderful time today. And again, I am deeply sorry for what happened earlier. I won't let it happen again.", as she opened her door and waited for him to say his goodbyes. The light in her eyes had begun to turn a greenish color and there were strands of gold appearing in her hair.

[Puck]

Puck frowned a little, staring at the girl a little harder. Was it just him, or was her hair slowly beginning to change back? Shrugging it off, he smiled, nodding in response to what she'd said. "Don't worry about it. It's nothing, really. See you around!" He said cheerfully, giving a low bow before flying off. The only thing he could think about doing at the moment was sleeping, to be honest.

With a smile Moppet turned and entered her room, content with how her first day had gone. All she wanted to do was take a nap so she lay down on her bed and rested, knowing that today was the adventure and tomorrow would be a new one.
