The Common Room

[Sakura]

"Excellent."
For the second time since her arrival, Sakura laughed....but this time....it was darker, sinister....evil.

She had a feeling this girl Ino was going to prove herself a real, true friend.

Ino gave a tiny smirk again before laying back on her bed.

[Sakura]

"I should warn you, though, " Sakura added, suddenly, looking over at Ino with a stern expression, "that you can't tell ANYONE what I'm up to. Nor can you tell that it was I who showed you your soon to be new technique...." She stopped, brow furrowing as a pit of anxiety twisted--very slightly--in her stomach--especially Nii--Dr. Kabuto.."

[Gilbert]

"Hallo ladies." The newcomer said non-chalantly despite the sweat that had plastered his silver hair to his face from all the running. The two girls looked at him oddly seeing as how he was in his early 20's. "Heh... The awesome that is me has decided to make this my hideout for now. I'm the proctor for Emberclaw and the awesome AP Euro teacher... However, campus security is afser the guy who set off firevorks in the Emberclaw dorm and I don't really vant to be seen... Since I set off the firevorks." His accent was a thick German and was only thickened by his panting. He promptly sat down on a plush purple beanbag chair. "So vhat's this about Herr Kabuto? He ees a teacher as vell. Kesesesesese now don't tell me you have a secret to keep from heem? Ja? Kesesesese don't tell me. You vant to screw heem? Kesesese. Zat's kind ohf sick. But who am I to judge? I'm gay." He chuckled darkly and pulled out a bottle of Krombruger beer and peeled the cap back with his teeth. "Don't vorry, I von't tell heem zat hees students vant to do zee nasty vith heem. Kesesesesese." He said with a snide smirk.

[Sakura]

Sakura's face turned bright red. The very idea of....Kabuto was her brother! Why would she ever consider....

"I....I'll have you know that I do not view Kabuto in such a way." She snapped, masking her embarrassment with irritation. "He is like a brother to me, and no more." She paused, and rose to her feet, giving this obnoxious man a death-glare, before concluding "Nowget OUT of our room, or I'll SHOW you the way out."

Ino stood up beside Sakura. "I suggest you listen to her. I will not try to stop her but if worse comes to shove you might be in pieces when you leave this room." She said, she did not like the man who had entered her room. "and since you are the Emberclaw proctor shouldn't you be watching over those students."

[Gilbert]

"Kesesesesesese, they'll be fine. And don't worry about me girly. I'm a nation. We don't die unless our countries do. So good luck." He chuckled. "However, I vill leave you alone to have your little daydreams about Kabuto. Don't make a mess. Kesesesesesese." He laughed as he left the room and headed towards the guidance counselors office to bother his old friend.

[Sakura]

"Uuugh that....that prick!" Sakura hissed, stomping over to the door and slamming it shut. "How DARE he say something like that!!!!" TO even suggest she....fantasized about her adoptive-brother.....much less in such a filthy, wretched way!

He was lucky he walked out when he did....or Ino was right--that...that german bastard WOULD have left this room in pieces.

Ino stood stunned in silence. "...I don't think he should go that far. He's not even our proctor, why should we have to listen to his words." Ino crossed her arms in front of her chest. "Just forget him, he's not worth your anger."

[Sakura]

Forget....forget him?

That....wasn't something Sakura found....easy. Not HIM himself, persay....but those who upset her in the usually ended up paying dearly for it....

Yet....

"I....I suppose you're....right, Ino." the dark-haired girl said slowly, taking a long, deep breath to steady her raging temper. The worst thing she could POSSIBLY do right now was murder a proctor. That would only land HER in prison. Which would throw her entire scheme to spring her father free out the window.

"he's not worth it."

Ino nodded, she glanced back at Sakura again before pushing her empty suitcase under her bed and stared at Sakura.

She was going to be her dormmate. She was at some how happy for whatever reason. She turned to Sakura trying to find the right words.

"You...know...i don't know why but you seem really familiar to me. Like i have met you before." Ino said with a smile

[Sakura]

Sakura froze, her eyes widening slightly. "I....I do?" She replied, not at all expecting Ino to say that. She looked familiar to her? How....ironic....

"That's...." Sakura shook her head, unsure of how to reply. Ino didn't know that Sakura had ALSO thought she'd looked strangely familiar....it couldn't just be a coiincidence....could it?

"Funny you should say that, Ino." Sakura said slowly, "....I....thought you looked familiar too. But I can't figure out why."

Ino gave a tiny twitch. "Really?" she asked. It was strange that both she and Sakura should find each other familar. Ino was pretty sure she had never seen the girl in her life but her name was the only thing and maybe the sound of her voice that rang any bells. "You don't think its just an odd concidence do you?"

[Sakura]

A cooincidence....maybe. Maybe not.

"I'm not sure." Sakura replied, studying Ino more carefully, hoping to jog her memory further. How could she think she recognized Ino? She'd spent her entire life in her father's safely guarded presence....right?

"....if only I could remember...."

Remember? So Ino WAS from Sakura's past then? She must have been.

Running her hand through her dark hair, Sakura sat back down on her bed and sighed. It just didn't make any sense.

"Well i am sure we will figure it out sometime soon, I wouldn't worry too much about it." Ino said with a tiny smile. She did not want to see sakura like this, but at the same time it was killing her to know how the heck that the girl was related to her
