Dylan sat up after trying to fall asleep for awhile. "Kai, you still awake?" he asked his brother. He couldn't sleep. Not now at least.

"yeah." Kai sat up. "I can't sleep! My mind is racing!" Kai said.

"Same here! Dad's got to be lying. Mom to. They can't like Greek stuff that much, could they? And everything!" he threw his pillow on the floor, he was so confuzed!

Kai wanted to scream. "this is so frustrating! How are we gonna focus in school tomorrow!?" Kai also threw a pillow across the room. "why are our parents lying to us!?" Kai wanted to cry from frustration but didn't wanna look like a baby.

"Focus on school? What's the point! We can't even read half the stuff there, can we!? When you have ADHD and dyslexia, whats the point in school anyway!" he hated being dyslexic! Why of all people did he have it really bad! And his whole family did! What are the chances of that?!

"I hate being dyslexic! It's so humiliating being twelve years old and not able to read! Why are our lives so complicated!" Kai couldn't hold it in. Embarrassing tears rolled down his face. He buried his head in his knees and cried out his frustrations.

Dylan walked over to his brother's bed and patted his back. "It's alright Kai. We'll figure it out one day! We have to!" he said trying to comfort his twin brother. "At school we can just do the best we can and then just see what happens, okay?"

Kai sniffled. "sure I guess." Kai suddenly felt very tired. "we should go back to sleep." Kai laid down and fell asleep instantly. Morning came soon and Kai got out of bed and quickly got dressed. "morning Dylan!" he said to his brother.

"Morning already?" he yawned then got up and got dressed. "I wonder what's for breakfast" Then he though about mom and dad. "Do you think they'll be mad?" he asked Kai.

"I don't know. I hope not." Kai stuffed his dagger, Yankees cap, and sketch book in his backpack. "another dreadful day he groaned as he trudged down the stairs. He sat down at the breakfast table but couldnt eat.

Dylan put the pen in his pocket and Dasher in the bottom of his bookbag. He walked down the stairs, "Mom... we're really not hungry!"

Kai pushed his bowl of cereal forward. "we are just not hungry." Kai looked out the window. "bus is here. Bye mom, bye dad." Kai walked outside.

Kai gazed out the window of the bus. "Dylan, are you as scared as I am?" Kai asked him.

Percy put his arm around annabeth. "they brought their weapons. If they do get attacked, at least they can defend themselves." he sighed.
