"what's the use! We can't read anyway!" Kai reminded his brother. Kai walked around in the dark room. His ankle hit something."ouch! What did I hit!" he looked down and saw he hit an old picture frame. "whoa Dylan check this out!" it was their mom and dad wearing camp halfblood t-shirts standing infront of the empire state building. They looked around 17. The bottom of the picture said '1st date in Olympus.' "whoa..." Kai couldn't believe this.

He started freaking out. "That's the... the... camp in my dream! Camp half-blood!" he whispered to his brother. This was really getting freaky.

Kai almost dropped the picture. "it says olympus! Underwater, Olympus, drachmas... Our grandpas Poseidon!" Kai gasped.

Kai listened carefully as he heard the footsteps walk in the office and turn on the lights.

"who's down here!?" Percy picked up the picture. He laughed and hung it on the wall. "boys? I know your in here!" their dad laughed.

Dylan stood up, "But how? We were so quiet... and everything! You were suppose to be asleep! But I think we found something.... important out dad" he mad a wierd face, he didn't know whether his was in trouble or not.

Percy sighed. "no he is not! I just collect Greek stuff! Me and your mother studied it alot." he lied. He was forbidden to tell them the truth. As much as he wanted to, he couldn't.

"Kai, Dylan, what are you doing in here?" she asked them.

Kai felt ashamed for snooping. "we Uhhhh thought grandpa was Poseidon." Kai said to his mom.

Kai trudged up the stairs. 'they just gotta be lying! Poseidon is my grandpa!' he thought to himself. He got in his bed and thought and thought. 'Uhhhh Poseidon, if you uhhh here me, send me a sign that your my grandpa, anything really.' Kai asked silently. 'this is stupid. I'm Being stupid.' he thought to himself.
