Hanna was standing at the place he told Maka to meet him. The front gate of the school campus. He was bundled up in a grey pea coat and his partner's chunky striped scarf, breath rising in the cold.
He looked around for the girl, but he admittedly was a half hour early...

Maka walked along past the school grounds. Her hair tied back in a pony tail. She hand on light pink earmuffs, a darker pink peacoat and a white scarf. She started running when she caught sight of Hanna.
"Hey Hanna," she said catching up.

"Wow. You look adorable," Hanna pulled his scarf down so she could hear him. He pulled out a bouquet of flowers, "They're gonna die soon cause it's so darn cold and dry out, but it's the thought right?"

"Right," Maka laughed slipping one side of her earmuffs off her ear and taking the flowers, "So where are we going?"

"It's a surprise," Hanna smiled, offering his arm to Maka. After she took it, he began the long trek to destination one. Time for some conversation, "How's classes and everything?"

"Pretty good," Maka said, "My AP teacher is a nut job though. Tutoring Soul isn't really doing anything for him. What about your classes?"

"Pretty great. I'm loving Voodoo Magic and Chorus best so far," Hanna smiled, "Almost there." Through the darkness he could make out the train station. It would take them into town.

Maka laughed when she saw the train station, "You couldn't just tell me to meet you here?"

Maka smiled and pulled her scarf over her mouth to keep her self warm, "I like walking with you too."

Hanna moved his arm and flicked his hand to entwine his fingers with hers, giving the tickets to the man at the counter with a grin. He helped her into the train cab, only to show her he had booked the entire train and inside was a small teddy bear and a box of chocolate. The whole cabin was theirs, and as they sat down, the train started rolling towards the small town.

"Shesh Hanna," Maka laughed picking up the teddy bear, "You really go all out."
She sat down and studied the bear carefully.

"Well, it's our first... REAL date, you know?" Hanna blushed and sat beside her, watching her with the bear, "I m-made him. His sweater matches yours."

Maka smiled, "I knew i recognised something."
She leaned against him and closed her eyes. It was amasing being with him like this, away from her normal group. Though she did feel a bit out of place with out them around.

Hanna held her close, listening to the turning of the train's wheels against the tracks. It was so soothing, "I really hope you enjoy the rest of the date. I've been planning it for a week... since the dance, you know?"
