"Well," Maka said pulling the paper out of her pocket and sliding it over to him, "This."
She started eating and tried not to blush.

He saw the rune and turned red, "Oh wow... I... I was gonna give you this too, but I left the paper in the.. dorm thingymabobber...." He bit his lip to keep him from rambling more.

"Th-thanks," Hanna went to his apple again. He was really touched that she did something this important. He couldn't hold it in any longer, "You're beautiful."

"Thanks," Maka managed to squeek out. She was blushing harder now and tugged on one of her pigtails. Hanna said he was going to give her the dame rune, she was actually happy about that.

Hanna smiled, "Just being honest." He trailed off and swung his feet under the table. He started eating again out of embarrassment of saying anything stupid.

"See you later i guess," she said picking up her tray and putting it on the rack that would take it to the washroom.

The rotting man raised an inquisitive brow. Well, what would've been his eyebrow, if not for those dark rings around his eyes. Hanna seemed to request some alone time with the girl. He'd never refused Jebediah's company before. The redhead's comment took him aback a little, so he had no choice but to leave the two alone. Even if the girl was a bit young for him.

"Well...I mean," Maka was slightly flustered, "I think you upset your friend....I'll be in the common room if you need me."
She smiled at Hanna before leaving the hall. Catching up with the zombie man she tapped his shoulder.
"Excuse me?" she said, "If you needed to talk to Hanna he's free now."
With that she started to walk to her house dorms.

Maka was too excited to stay in the dorm for long. After unwrapping her practice sythe she ran back to the dinning hall hoping to find Hanna. When she spoted him she waved, holding the sythe so no one would get hurt.
"Hanna!" she called waving her arm frantically.
