Hanna picked up the two trays and loaded his food choices onto his plate, letting Maka load her food onto her tray as he carried it, "Thanks again for coming with me."

"No problem," Maka said smiling warmly. She'd actually been waiting for him so they could get food together.

Hanna led the way to a small table in the corner that could be considered private, and placed down the trays and pulled out Maka's chair, "For you." He was trying his best.

Maka smiled and sat down, "Thanks Hanna."
She stuck her hand in her pocket again to play with the paper.

Hanna scooted in her chair and turned to sit opposite to her, "No problem." He watched her for a little bit before deciding to eat the green apple centered on his plate full of food.

Maka picked up her fork and poked at her food. For some unknown reason she was nervious, she never got nervious. Picking up her glass she went to go get soemthing to drink. This was a lot harder than she thought it should be.

Amantius, with his calm, dead demeanor, had had enough of walking through the halls only to receive bizarre stares from other students. Hanna had seemed more than eager to explore this new "Animated High", as expected. Even with that mess of ginger hair and sideburns, and the zombie's height advantage, it was nearly impossible to spot the hyperactive young man in the crowd. He was almost surprised when he suddenly saw him while standing in line at the dining hall. "Hanna . . . " He said calmly as he made his way through the cafeteria, taking notice of the other girl he was speaking to. "I see you've inevitably made a friend already." He observed, knowing well that he'd probably made an enemy, as well.

"Well...um..." Maka stammered not use to the whole focusing in on her part. She took a drink and looked at Hanna.
"I kinda wanted to give you something," she said playing with the paper in her pocket.

"well..." Maka suddenly felt like they wheren't alone. Well of course being in the dining hall they wheren't really alone, but she felt like someone was listening. She turned around to see a strange looking man behind her staring at Hanna.
"Is he one of your friends?" she asked, slightly thankful for the distraction.

Hanna turned and saw Frankie and quickly made the "get outta here" motions. As much as he loved seeing his friend, he wanted to be alone with Maka.
