It’s 2056. The not so distant future. It seems our unhealthy habits have finally caught up with us, and an epidemic of organ failures devastates the planet. Tens of millions die Panic erupts! Scientists feverishly make plans for a massive organ harvest.
But wait! Out of this tragedy, a savior emerges.
GeneCo.
Rotti Largo, a brilliant buisiness tycoon, creates a multi-billion dollar biotech company,and runs it with the help of his three children, Luigi, Pavi, and Amber Sweet.
A highly trained team of scientists and doctors erect thousands of GeneCo warehouses that specialize in organ transplants. It would seem that the world is saved, all thanks to GeneCo! Surgery becomes easy buisiness for all ages, and soon also becomes a fashion statement. With surgeries being performed at all hours of the day for the sake of style, a highly effective(and addictive) painkiller known as zydrate is created by GeneCo as well. For those who become hooked, and can’t afford their newfound obsession…

Out from the night from the mist steps a figure. No one really knows his name for sure. He stands at six foot six, head and shoulder. Pray he never comes knocking at your door! Say that you once bought a heart or new corneas, and somehow never managed to square away your debts; he won't bother to write or to phone you.
He'll just rip your still-beating heart from your chest!
None of us are free from this horror, for many years ago we all fell in debt. New body parts were needed to perfect our image, and until our debts are clear, we will live in fear of the Repo Man!
But…
It seems that the man who cured the globe could not prevent his own extinction. Rotti Largo has passed on, leaving his children in charge of GeneCo with Amber at the head of the team. The Repo Man has died with him, and as a result, they’ve promised that GeneCo will change. No more organ repossessions, no more killing. But who can really trust a Largo to stay true to their word?
Rumors circulate that new Repo Men are being hired, hiding in the shadows of the rotting Big Apple. The Repo Man’s daughter has disappeared, and the zydrate crisis is still going strong. Has Amber Sweet truly given up her selfish, surgery addicted ways? Is Pavi content with owning only is sister’s face for fashion? Has Luigi truly cooled his murderous rage down to nothing? And what of the Genetic Opera? What will they do without their star performer, Blind Mag? Will the world crumble underneath the hands of GeneCo?
But of course, that is up to you. How will you make it through this nightmare? But remember, no matter what you do or how you do it, we all end up in a tiny pine box; a mighty small prop in a tiny, dark plot, and the mighty fine print hastens the trip to our epilogue….
