Supernatural Studies: A Touch-and-Go Class

[Soul]

Soul looked over at Kid Flash. He had no idea who this kid was, but he seemed to be interested at what was going on.
"Hey, you. You mind helping me out here?" he asked

[kidflash]

Kid Flash nodded. "Sure no problem." he stood up and ran over to him. "What can i help you with?" he glanced at the struggling Maka. "Ummm if i might ask you why you don't want to take this class?"

[Maka]

"I just don't alright?" Maka said hitting Soul with her crutches again, "This isn't funny Soul! Why'd you even sign me up for this?!"
She struggled to get free from Soul. Hanna would have taken this class in a heartbeat, she didn't want to be here.
"Let me go!" she yelled.

[Soul]

"I signed you up because you like supernatural stuff. You told me yourself!" soul answered. If this was what he got for doing a nice gesture he wouldn't be doing it again.

[Maka]

Maka sighed and stoped trying to get away, "fine..."
She'd deal with it for Soul. Its not like he knew.

[Soul]

Soul sighed in relief, glad to have Maka not going crazy.

"And who would you two be?" Urahara asked as he got up with his roll sheet, hat, and cane and walked over.

"I'm Soul Evans Mr...uh...I'll just call you Mr. Hat-and-clogs 'til I can remember your name." Soul said

Urahara laughed quietly at this, just like his old ally Ichigo.

[Maka]

"Maka Albarn," Maka said to the teacher, "Sorry about him."
She smiled lightly and hit Soul on the back of the leg with her crutch.

[Soul]

Soul shot Maka a pissed off look before turning back to the teacher.

"No no, don't mind it. It's all fine and good. Mr. Evans and Ms. Albarn then...all right, that looks like a good amount of students for now I guess. Let's get started on things." Urahara said with a smile as he walked to the front of the room and Soul took a seat.

[Maka]

Maka plopped herself into the seat next to Soul. Placing her crutches next to her, she still wasn't all that happy with the things.

[Soul]

"All right, now first off, let's talk about the monster I know best. It's called...a Hollow." Urahara said the last part seriously, trying to get a reaction

Soul noticed Maka wasn't very happy about this class, it wasn't hard to see. Probably had to do with Him, but he didn't want to worry. Worrying caused paranoia, he didn't need more insanity in his head.

[Maka]

Maka looked over at Soul. 'What the heck is a hollow?' she mouthed.

[Misao Shinohara]

Misao blinked at the name of the creature. Hollow? As in like a hollow feeling you got in your stomach when you got nervous? Was it that kind of hollow? 'What an odd name for a creature.' she raised her hand. "Uruhara sir, what is a hollow?" she asked

[Urahara]

"I bet I know what you're all thinking, that a hollow has to do with some kind of emotional thing. You'd be right there, but only partially. Hollows are evil beasts created from dark and negative emotions. I have one with me, it's in here." Urahara said as he pulled a very tiny cube out of his robe.

[Hinata]

Misao blinked confused. An evil creature was inside a cube? a box? "But...you just said that the creature was huge.....how could it fit into a box?" she spoke her thoughts outloud not meaning to. "It just doesn't make sense."

[Urahara]

"Well this is also something supernatural you could say. It's a trans-dimensional portal cube. It can trap a monster like a Hollow in another dimension for as long as it takes for the Hollow to get out. And with a weaker one like I have, it can last...forever." he explained, adding morbid emphasis to the last word
