kid smiled at patti, "Yup, i'm okay.' he said and looked at her with worry. "what about you patti? are you okay?" he asked. Both he and his weapon had taken tolls but then again so had Maka and soul

"Patti!" Kiki squealed happily and leapt out of her chair at her. "Flying Kiki glomp!" She screamed and tried to get down, but ended up on her back, laughing uncontrollably. "Kid! I hurt myself! I'm going to be in a hospital bed too!" Kiki laughed, standing up and lying in the bed, pulling a blanket over her head. "Oh! And love you!" She said, throwing the blanket off long enough to kiss Kid. "If you didn't guess Patti, I am very happy Kid is all better!"

Kid smiled. "good because i love you to! My strange symmertical monkey!" he said kissing her. misao smiled at patti. "are you okay?" she asked. "I know you got hurt by that lightning?"
Free stretched and walked into the room. "Already making out after you were nearly killed? geez you don't miss much do you kid?" he chuckled. "it's good to see you are better though."

Kiki giggled and hid under the blanket. She poked her head out when she heard Free and laughed. "Hello Free!" She said, raising her arm above her head. She sat up and smiled at Kid. "You know, I'm not just a monkey! I'm a Golden Lion Tamarin to be exact!" She stuck her tongue out and lay down, enjoying this new game of hide-and-seek.

Free shook his head. "Hi Kiki...." he said with a smile. "glad to see you all are doing better after that little scare." he shook his head as Kiki continued to play her new game. a smile formed on his face.
"well, then...i guess that doesn't make me just a kid anymore. I am a grim reaper!" Kid said with a smile

"A Grim Reapa!" Kiki shouted in a silly voice, kicking her legs madly. "Help me! I'm in bed with a Grim Reaper!" She screamed. "Nah, I'm just kidding. I wish all Grim Reapers were like you! Grell just scares me!" Kiki stuck her bottom lip out and giggled. She sat up and looked at Kid. "My hairs a mess isn't it?!"

"No...its perfect." Kid said smiling at her. "Not all Reapers are like Grell. Maybe some day our kids will be grim Reapers." he closed his mouth quickly before turning bright red.

Kiki blushed at Kid's words and smiled at him. "You...you actually think about things like that?" Kiki asked, her smile widening. "That's so sweet." She leaned forward and kissed him on the cheek, her shoe clenched in her hand incase Free said anything else.

Free was trying so hard not to burst into fits of laughter. He turned to leave. "I will let the nurses know that you are awake." he turned and disappeared down the hallway

She pouted and sat on the end of Kid's bed. Staring at him and Kiki.

Free smiled as he came back into the room. "I will protect you from the scary nurses. Patti, they are mortals, they can't do anything to me." he said. He ruffled Patti's head and turned to leave the room.
kid felt his fist clench, as he wrapped his fist around the glass of water and it started to crack. "Medusa....that witch!"

Kid smiled at Patti and then gasped. "you are right Patti, they won't be. they'll be nothing but garbage." he said with a smirk and noggied Patti on the head. He looked at Misao. "Are you okay Misao?"
Misao blinked. "Yeah...just fine...thinking about stuff?"
"You mean like how medusa called Blood a Murder and Free her "dog" Kid made air quotes with both hands in order to maintain symmetry

Patti giggled and messed with Kid's hair. Pay back for her own, she still was twitching slightly from the lightning but it would pass.
