Hospital Visit

[Misao Shinohara]

(continuation to Kid vs Utau, pretty much Kid is now in the hospital getting treated)


Misao listened to the heart monitor beep. It was working strong. The nurses said Kid would be fine in about a few days but he needed to rest. She was glad to hear this but she was still worried, what if Medusa tried to attack her again.

"I've got to get stronger." she muttered to herself

[Crona]

Kiki sat on the seat right beside Kid's bed. She had her head on the bed and she was drawing circles with her finger on Kid's palm. "Your going to be fine Kid, just you wait and see. You'll soon be your funny symmetrical self again." Kiki whispered to him.
She pushed herself up and walked over to the medical shelf, and began moving the bottles and jars around. "Everything has to be perfect for Kid waking up! Symmetrical!"

[Misao Shinohara]

Misao smiled and stood up on a chair to help. ".....Does anyone know about Free, if he's doing okay? He was still kind of in shock when Medusa called him a dog." she said. Free had been so nice to her and the other shy girls she hoped he wasn't sad.

Kid's chest was moving which meant breathing causing her to shy in relief again. "We should do something special for him when he's out of the hospital," Misao replied

[Crona]

Kiki nodded and kept on moving the bottles. Tears were building up at the sides of her eyes and her hands shook. "I hate that sound Misao! It just reminds me that he's in here! I'm just so stupid! I should of helped! I should of done something!" Kiki cried, covering her ears and walking quickly back over to Kid.

[Misao Shinohara]

Misao looked at Kiki. "....Even if you could do something...i don't think Kid would have wanted you to...he wanted to keep fighting." she remembered. "Kid said that he would keep fighting no matter what...until the world was balanced." she touched Kiki's shoulder. "He loves you Kiki. He's going to make it through this." she sighed. "I believe that even if he died, he would still love you, But he is going to be okay"

[Kiki]

"Everything has to be balanced. Good and Evil. Night and Day. Light and Dark." Kiki whispered, sitting back down in her seat. She looked up at Kid's face and clenched her fists at Misao's words. "Please, Misao, please don't say that! He's going to be fine! If he did, I'd just visit Medusa! I'm sure she'd be happy to do it!"

[Misao Shinohara]

"Kiki...you shouldn't be mad at Misao." a voice came from beside her. Kid had opened his eyes.

"oh thank goodness." Misao said with happy tears in her eyes. "You're alive,"

Kid smiled and put a hand on Kiki's. "Course, i'm alive. I couldn't die after that fight." he said with a glance at the cupboards. "You made everything symmertical for me didn't you?"

[Kiki]

Kiki gasped and looked at Kid, a huge grin appearing on her face. "I knew it! I said you would be fine! Kid! Kid Kid Kiiiid!" Kiki squealed happily, a happy tear rolling down her cheek. Her hand relaxed as Kid put his hand on it, and she smiled at him. "We did! Everything had to be perfect!" Kiki told him, glancing quickly at Misao then back again.

[Misao Shinohara]

Kid smiled. "You know me so well." he said and slowly sat up to lean on his pillow. "Thank you to Ragnarok and Crona." he turned to the boy. He sighed. "I should have known Medusa would try something like this." he looked out the window. "Things are about to get very interesting at this school."

[Kiki]

"Kid! You won't be going back to school until your all better! But don't worry! I won't leave you until you are." Kiki said, and smiled at him.

"I would just slip back into unconsciousness right about now if I were you Kid! What could be worse than having a crazy monkey around all the time!" Ragnarok laughed, and growled as he was hit by a shoe in the face.

"I feel sorry for Crona, he's stuck with a bully like you forever!" Kiki muttered to herself, and regretted throwing her shoe away. "Geez! The floor is cold!" She laughed, pulling her legs into her chest.

[Utau]

There was a tiny knock on the door. Utau stood in the doorway, a bunch of roses in her hands. She glanced nervously at the group. Kid looked at her confused. "What are you doing here?" he asked. She said nothing but walked over to the vase by the bed and placed the flowers in them before turning to leave.

"Wait!" Kid said. "Why did you-"

Utau did not turn around to face the boy. "You saved my innocence." she said before walking away

[Kiki]

Kiki took off her other shoe, ready to hit Utau with it. She slipped it back on as the conversation between Kid and Utau happened and looked over to Kid. "What? What did she mean by that?" She asked. Kiki looked at all the wires which were still hooked up to Kid and sighed. "They're horrible. They should at least put one on the other side!" She joked, tapping his wrist gently.

[Death the kid]

Kid laughed. "Oh you know me too well!" he said. "As for that, i am not sure. I think that the moment that we punch each other i saw her as a little kid, she was smiling. "I told her as i punched her, never to give up." he shook his head. "But i think she's starting to change."

[Kiki]

"Or we could just rewind time and you wouldn't fight Utau!" Kiki laughed and flicked him lightly on the forehead. "Changed...You know, I wonder if I could do that with Elliot. So they could be like each other again. But then again, opposites attract." Kiki smiled and looked in Kid's eyes. "You scared me you know. You were shouting at every one. Are you always like that when you fight?" Kiki asked, looking down at her hands, which were still on top of Kid's.

[Maka]

Patti pushed her way into the room kicking at the nurses who tried to keep her out.
"I don't need medical attention," she said pushing her way over to kid, "kid sama! Your okay!"
