Percy held onto mrs. O'leary, his hellhound, as they raced through the shadows. Percy hated shadow travel. It made him nauseous. But niko needed him. His friends life was in the hands of the death god. Percy rubbed the hellhounds head and told her to sniff out niko. Thankfully, she was a good tracker. 'I wonder how Bianca is doing with rin!' he laughed to himself. Percy felt lonely and cold in the darkness but he had to keep going.

The faint lights in the Underworld flickered. Niko held onto Hades. He was going to die for his friends. 'Isn't that what Bianca did?' He thought to himself. Wait. He wanted to die like Bianca but he wanted to die nobly not because his sister died too. He realized that this situation was different from Bianca's.
He shifted in his father's arm's. "I don't want to die anymore dad!" Niko yelled up to his father who was now back to his original height.

Percy heard a strange noise like yelling. Mrs. O'leary seemed to hear it to. She barked and dashed forward. Percy closed his eyes and tried not to throw up.

"THIS IS FOR YOUR FRIENDS REMEMBER?" Hades yelled.
"They want me to be alive!" Niko shouted. He struggled in Hades fingers trying to jump off the god's hand. He shadow traveled to the ground.

"Are they back yet? What's taking them so long?!" complained Rin to Bianca. She didn't intend to come here. She just wanted to talk to Niko! But she didn't mind. Oddly enough she felt... at home here. Maybe that's just what her mean side was telling her.

Annabeth rubbed her head. "I really hope that they are back soon" she didn't want anything to happen to them. Especially Percy. If Percy... died she would be left to deal with Rin all by herself. She did not want that.

Mrs. O'leary stopped in a dark room lit by flickering candles. Hades palace. Percy recognized it right away. He hopped of mrs. O'leary and she gave him a big sloppy kiss on his face. "thanks girl!" he said as she bounded away. He hid behind a rock were he still had a clear view of hades with hopeless niko in his hands. He pulled out riptide and ran out from behind the rock. "let him go hades!" he shouted pointing riptide toward hades.

'I hope Percy gets him before he makes the biggest mastake of his life.' Bianca said.
She stood up to pace the room. Her ghostly figure moved back and forth anc then back again.
'I believe in Percy just.... I'm so worried.' She said sitting herself down next to Annabeth.

Then she said to Rin, "What on earth are you waiting for?!"

Hades turned into his flaming bull form. "NEVER!" Hades voice boomed.
Niko stood on the ground facing his father with discuss. "You really want to kill me?" Niko yelled. He was ashamed his own father wanted him dead. Niko shifted his hands up into the air and muttered softly to himself.
"I need help." Niko said to the dead bones lying around his father's palace. They obeyed Niko's commands and got onto their shaky legs.

'Wow can you believe her? She doesn't even care that two people might die tonight?' Bianca stood up again.
'More if my father's plans work.' She muttered. Her face was motionless as tears trickled down her face.

Percy watched in awe as the bones Cain to nikos aid. Percy ran up beside niko. "we will take him down together. I'm not leaving unless I have the alive niko with me!" he laughed.

"Thanks for staying by me." Niko said.
The bones formed themselves and then towered onto each other till they got to Hades' height. They gave a loud raor and grew.
Niko's arms stayed in place as the bones did his bidding. Small tears formed in his eyes.

Percy felt bad for niko. He has had it bad. His mom died and his sister died. And his dad wanted to kill him. "sure thing buddy. Anyway I can help or do you got it under control?" Percy asked him.

'My father has been trying to form a dead army of bone minions. He needed Niko to lead them but he needed him dead.' Bianca stopped and hugged herself.
'I knew if I sent Percy,Niko would change his mind. I just hope it works.' She said squeezing herself tighter.
