"That might be a good idea," Hanna looked at the limited amount of light coming from the fire and the window, "We could even decorate it for Christmas now..."

Three days of hard work and painting between classes, cases, and fights, the little room in the tower was looking more like a homey hideaway and less of a cold dark hole in the wall. Hanna was enjoying getting out of his last class early this particular day and had taken it upon himself to surprise Maka with a few homey touches, besides his rune to keep out uninvited guests.
He had hung garland around the circular room, decorated a small christmas tree opposite the fireplace to prevent it catching on fire, and put christmas lights from the tall ceiling with the help of some levitation runes. He was hanging mistletoe over the doorframe when he heard footsteps coming upstairs.

Maka walked up carrying a small decortational angel in her hands. She stopped walking when she noticed Hanna in the doorframe, hanging something up no less.
"I thought we agreed that the room was done," she said smiling at him, only remembering that she had another decoration in her hand as well.

"I just thought it could be a little more decked for the season," Hanna blushed, letting go of the mistletoe to let it hang above them, and spotting the angel, "Plus I see you have something too, silly."

She smiled at him.

"Well, wherever you want her, I will place her," Hanna smiled, reaching with one hand to tug on the small santa hat he was wearing so it covered his hair better.

Maka looked at Hanna and smiled, She took the angel from his hands and walked over to teh corner of teh room putting it on the small table. "Its fine here," she said.
