[Death the kid]

"It seems we have been given a welcome ceremony by an interesting person." Kid said with a tiny smrik. "Quite an interesting person indeed."

[Maka]

"Kid?" Maka said at the OCD tyraid, "What are you doing here?"

She was completely shocked that one of her old friends was here. Rushing over she smiled at him and looked him over.

"You haven't changed a bit!" she said with a smile.

[Death the kid]

Kid turned around to see Maka smiling at him. She was here as well? This school was getting more and more weirder by the second. "Well, it seems you haven't changed either? What about Soul?"

[Maka]

"He didn't want to come," she said getting quite.

Hanna stumbled in rather clumsily to the common room, and much to the dismay of himself, everyone noticed. Brushing himself off, the redhead found everyone returned to their conversations.

He was determined to make a friend, though.

[Skywarp]

Skywarp had long since retreated into the safest looking corner in the common room(behind a conveniently placed potted plant, no less), only bothering to lift his head from the safety of his arms when he heard something that sounded loud or dangerous-- or, rather, worth running away from.

Such a noise was made by a red-headed human stumbling into the room. The purple-and-black robot stumbled to his feet to flee, but before he did so, he was able to get a look at the newcomer.

For someone who made such a startling entrance, this human didn't look very scary at all. Then, he realized with a frightened squeak that he had blown his cover and was standing where everyone could see him. The only thing he felt he could do was shut his optics and hope everyone else would disappear.

Hearing a tiny noise, Hanna sharply turned to see who was the culprit.

He wasn't expecting a robot hiding behind a plant.

"Gnee!" A tiny high pitched noise emitted from his mouth before he could think twice. His tiny feet were now walking over to the plant, and his hands peeling back the leaves.

"Hey there! I'm Hanna Cross. Who are you?" The words came out like a jumbled mess, but it was all the investigator's excitement to blame.

[Skywarp]

Skywarp gasped in shock. HOW HAD HE FOUND HIM?! He had closed his optics, shouldn't everyone have disappeared by now?! He needed a new tactic.

The human then said something to him, but he couldn't quite make out what it was. Maybe it was a threat! He pushed himself further into his corner. "P-PLEASE! DON'T HURT ME!" He wailed, throwing his hands in front of his face.

"I'm not gonna hurt you, dude." The redhead was smiling. He reached up to fix his glasses and chuckled, "Trust me, you'd do more damage to me."

His small frame was visible once he moved the plant out of the way. "I saw you were the only one not busy at the moment, and I wanted to introduce myself." He squatted down beside the robot.

[Skywarp]

Skywarp hesitantly lowered his hands and somehow managed a small smile. "Th-that's a relief..." he felt stupid for being scared of this human before, and straightened up. "I'm, uh, i-i'm... i'm Skywarp," he was finally able to say. "I-if it isn't too much trouble, could you... maybe repeat your name? I d-didn't catch it the first time..." He flinched out of habit-- he asked this question to someone before, and was promptly back-handed. But then again, that had been a Decepticon, and this person in front of him was a human, and seemed to be a nice one at that.

A small chuckle was released before he answered. "Hanna Cross. Yes, I'm aware that isn't supposed to be a boy's name, but I take what I'm given." He offered a scrawny hand, covered in sharpie markings, to the robot.

"I'm a paranormal investigator." With that, the redhead beamed.

[Skywarp]

Skywarp tilted his head. He didn't know the difference between "boys names" and "girls names", but 'Hanna' sounded like a good name either way, and Hanna himself seemed to be okay with it.

He also didn't know what to do with the marked-up hand that had been offered to him, and stared at it for a few moments like it was going to bite him. He decided to do a brief run-through of Starscream's memories- most that related to "handshakes" involved grabbing the hand being offered and tearing it off. He didn't want to hurt Hanna, so he went with a less violent option. He reached out a clawed hand and very lightly grasped Hanna's.

"...w-what's a 'paranormal investigator'?"

Hanna's mouth gaped open. He knew it was rude, but most people knew what that was.

"I, uh, deal with cases brought to me involving non-human creatures. Like, resolve conflicts and stuff." He smiled, and shook Skywarp's hand softly and tried to collect himself.

[Skywarp]

"Non-human?" Skywarp glanced down at himself. Nope, nothing human about him. "Isn't that really scary though? C-can't you really hurt yourself resolving other creatures conflicts.? Why can't they resolve things themselves?" He didn't realize it, but while he had been attacking Hanna with his questions, he had been tightening his grip on the poor boy's hand.

Hanna winced and tried to weasel his hand out with a smile. "It's really fun, to be honest. I love interacting with different beings, no matter what could happen. Plus... I use magic to help me, evenifittaintsmyblood." He trailed off, trying not to scare his new friend.

New friend. That sounded great.

He pulled out a sharpie from his back pocket and looked up at Skywarp, "Some problems just need extra help when they can't work themselves out. So I step in."
