Does killing off someone count as dropping them?

yes and no. if you kill them off then yes they go on the dropped list but you can still keep their accounts if you wnat their ghost following them around

cool! but ive dropped a ton of characters and well i heard that if you drop too many u could be banned. If i kill off a character would it be counted as dropping them???
