Clopin tilted his head slightly at Puck's last statement. After all, no need for you to ruin your voice. Did that mean..? No, it couldn't have been so. He knew that the other was still a bit angry, even though Clopin himself regretted what he had done back in the hallway. Clopin then nodded slightly, before speaking again. "Singing in the rain is what I do, Puck. Especially when I've lost something dear to me." Clopin said, muttering the second sentence a bit. "But don't worry about me. Worry about yourself, and go inside." he said, reverting back to his previous position of draping his arms over the frame of the window.

Puck blinked at what Clopin had said, hoping for an instant that it meant what he thought that it meant. Did he...? No, of course not. And Puck shouldn't get his hopes up. No matter how much he wanted to take back all that had happened before in the hallway, and no matter how long he had just been lying on the bed in his dorm thinking about...well, them, he knew that he had royally screwed things up. And there was no way that Clopin would ever even consider getting back together again. Despite all this, Puck was still a tad bit angry, and tried to remind himself of this fact before he started getting too worked up. "Well, I like to fly in the rain. It helps me...think," Puck insisted, frowning slightly. "And I'll worry about what I choose to, thank you. It's only natural that I should...worry about...oh, forget it," Puck sighed, floating up into the air a little ways as he spoke. It was really starting to pour out here, and truth be told, Puck was not exactly jumping to get a cold. He was miserable enough as it was.

Worry about what? Clopin wondered. "Do what you want then." Clopin said. The boy shook his head, and turned his head away from the other. He knew that there would be no chance for them to get back together again, since Puck still seemed a bit ticked off. So with that, he commenced the song he had been singing earlier. It made him feel better...if only for a little bit. If Puck chose to listen, fine. And if he didn't, that was alright with him as well. "I'm not perfect, but I keep trying Cause that's what I said I would do from the start I'm not alive if I'm lonely, so please don't leave Was it something I said or just my personality?
I'm not perfect, but I keep trying Cause that's what I said I would do from the start I'm not alive if I'm lonely, so please don't leave Was it something I said or just my, just myself Just myself, myself, just myself
I'm not perfect, but I keep trying....." Clopin trailed off after the last line, keeping his line of focus concentrated on the rainy sky and the thunderclouds. It seemed like the rain had let up just a little, but not by much.

Puck paused in the midst of his flight, nearly sinking to the ground again at the sound of Clopin's singing. Sighing, he shut his eyes, a pained expression on his face as he looked down. Suddenly, he flew up higher in the air, about five feet away from the window ledge. Crossing his arms, he looked at the other intently. "Why do you do that?" He asked softly. "Why do you find ways to try and charm me, to make me forget...as if nothing ever happened? You always seem to find a way to do that...you make me hate myself for all the stupid mistakes I've made, and you make it impossible to stay angry with you." Puck gave another sigh, tilting his head in a sad, angry expression. "Part of me wants to give in, but another part of me...my pride...won't let me. Why do you do that?" Puck demanded, his voice breaking slightly. He didn't know whether his sudden struggle with his emotions was due to this new body and all the hormones that came with it, or if it was just him letting out all his transgressions for the gypsy. Puck truly did hate Clopin's ability to charm him and make him forget his anger at times. As the rain continued to soak his clothes, Puck continued to stare at Clopin, waiting for an answer.

Clopin slowly let his gaze slide over to Puck, who was only about five feet away by now. "Why do I do that? Don't think that I'm making you hate yourself, Puck. I'm not trying to charm you, at least...not right now." Clopin said quietly. However, as soon as he opened his mouth again, he couldn't stop all the words from coming out. "I hate myself just as much as you, and it's been bothering me ever since we broke up. I knew that I shouldn't have kissed Taylor, but....nevermind. All I know is that I screwed up. Majorly. And I'm really, really sorry about it." Clopin said, looking up at Puck through his now soaked hair and hat. "I'm not asking for you to take me back, because I know you won't. All I ask is for your forgiveness." he said quietly.

Puck stared back at the other in surprise, jaw falling open slightly. He was...sorry? Now Puck was utterly, and completely confounded. He had thought the gypsy to be in a completely different mindset, but now...he was finding out otherwise. Pride. Puck had it, and it tended to get in the way of things, like right now. But Puck wanted to will it away now, more than anything else in the world. You can't just forgive him; not after what he did to you, a voice whispered in Puck's mind. Not after he...he...what had Clopin done, anyway? Puck couldn't seem to recall. Oh, right. Taylor. But....why did that seem so less important now? What Puck had done...seemed a lot worse in the boy's mind at the moment. "Clopin..." Puck shook his head. "Just...forget about it, alright? Whatever you did...pales in comparison to how idiotic I acted. I...I'm sorry," Puck said quietly, looking away. "I'm the one who stared it. It was a stupid joke, and I can't tell you how much I regret doing it." Puck sighed, looking away again as he spoke. "You should still be angry with me, after the way I've acted," Puck added in a whisper.

"Surprisingly enough..I'm not." Clopin said. "I finally understood that you had only meant it as a joke, and I took it too far." he said, raising his head up just a little. "But fine, I'll forget about it, if that's what you want me to do." Clopin said. The rain was now coming down even heavier than before, and he was tempted to try something, even if it meant being turned down. With a sigh, the gypsy spoke again. "We really shouldn't be out in the rain...would...would you come in? We can talk inside." Clopin said, motioning towards the inside of his warm dorm.

Puck looked up, slightly surprised at the other's response and question. Biting his lip, he thought for a moment about what his answer should be. Part of him was too ashamed to go in with the boy, after how he'd acted, but another part of him...the more dominant part...was telling him to go inside, if only to get out of this horrid rain. "...Sure," Puck sighed, flying past the other into the window. Landing on the floor carefully, Puck glanced around, suddenly feeling much more out of place here than he normally did. He looked dismally at his soaked clothes, still rather upset about the way they were now fitting on his form. There was no doubt that this shirt would be too stretched out to wear, once Puck got changed back...if he got changed back. Thankfully, the boy was one to wear layered clothing, so everything seemed to fit comfortably on his new body at least. "Out of all the things to be turned into..." Puck muttered, shaking his head. "Well, that's what I get for having Taylor cast the spell."

Clopin sighed, and closed the window, leaving the screen out, and on the floor under his bed. He then turned to face the other, with a slight smile. "Taylor did that to you?" he asked, with a laugh, before his face became serious once more. "Sorry for laughing. But it's quite amusing that she was able to do such a thing." Clopin said. He bit his lip for a moment, thinking of what else he could say. "Well, I don't mean to woo you or anything, but even as a female, you still strike me as attractive." Clopin said, pulling his knees up to rest his chin.

Puck smirked for a moment, getting lost in the other's laugh. At Clopin's incentive, however, Puck reddened a bit, mentally cursing himself as he did. "Uh, thanks...I think," Puck gave a small laugh, smiling at the other. "I think that Grell thought so, too." Puck cringed, thinking back to how..."enthusiastic" Grell had been before about Puck's new form...especially the area around his upper torso. "I...I think I could accuse him of harassment," Puck said, shaking his head with another laugh.

Clopin rolled his eyes. "Harassment? Let me guess. He tried touching you there, didn't he?" Clopin asked, motioning towards Puck's chest. "I can only imagine how that went...and even now, I don't want to." he said, laughing once more. The gypsy then shook his head, before looking back to Puck. "I hate to dwell on things...but about earlier...I..I didn't mean what I said. About us breaking up. As of right now, it's really killing me inside." Clopin said, with a frown.

Puck's smile left, replaced by a look of surprise. Biting his lip, Puck looked down, taking a step closer to the gypsy. "You too?" Puck said quietly, not looking up. "I...didn't mean anything I said either. I was just angry, that's all." Puck sighed, shaking his head. Pulling up his head, he looked at Clopin seriously. "Clopin....I love you. And I meant it when I said forever."

Clopin nodded slightly, before looking to the other. "I..I love you too. I think we both meant it when we said forever Puck. Remember when we were at the Xanatos'? And you asked me all those things that your father told you? Everything I said to you was true as can be. May I be struck down by something if I'm lying." Clopin said. "The point is...I want..no, I need you back." he said quietly.

Puck thought back, remembering their time at the Xanatos' together. Along with everything they had told each other that night. As Clopin said that he needed Puck back, the boy blinked, surprised at how sure Clopin seemed to be on this. "R-Really? Even...even though we fight?" Puck said, his voice cracking just a hair on the last words. He knew that he himself needed Clopin more than ever, but seemed surprised that the other thought so as well after everything that had happened today. "Because...I need you, too. And...I don't think that I could handle it if we stayed apart for too long."

"Yes, even if we do fight, Puck. And didn't you listen to any words of the song I was singing?" Clopin asked, referring back to earlier, when they were out in the rain. "When I said "I'm not alive if I'm lonely", I literally meant it. I was on the verge of a slight depression." Clopin said, with a light laugh. He then gave the other a serious look, with a small smile. "So...does this mean we're back together?" he asked.
