Personality: Graceful Fluttershy has a special way with forest animals. Her favorite thing is to care for them in her quiet meadow cottage. That's because Fluttershy is, well ... shy. She's sweet, soft-spoken, and kind of a scaredy-pony. Her friends love her for her kindness, and they work hard to bring her out of her shell.
History: After living in Ponyville for some while, Fluttershy wanted to get out and explore. While contemplating where to go, she got word that Rainbow Dash had left and transferred to a school known as Animated High. Bidding a "good-bye" to her animal friends, Fluttershy packed her things and transferred to Animated High. Upon being given a choice on which house to be in, she chose Thunderhoof; not just because Dash had joined that house as well, but because the horse/mustang was their mascot. Now, she represents the high school, and (hope you don't mind RD), shares a dorm with Rainbow Dash. Usually, Fluttershy will occupy her time by keeping most windows open and communicating with the local animals flitting around the dorms.

The pegasus looked around nervously, her tail waving back and forth. Her long curl of hair was getting in her eyes again, but she didn't care. Right now, Fluttershy was more concentrated on trying to find the dorms. Her head was held up, as she looked at the birds flying by. Blue jays, by the look of it. And they had such a vibrant and beautiful color...
"Hello little ones," she whispered, the birds flying around her, their warm feathers up against her soft yellow fur. "Do you think you could help me find my way to the Thunderhoof dorms?"
