Personality: He's your textbook lazy guy, too bent on having fun to do his work usually. This has lead him to develop a pranking habit with people, especially his friends. Overall, he's a nice guy who'll protect his friends no matter what happens.
History: He used to be Midori's meister in Death City. After people like Medusa and Free started going to Animated High on their own, the Grim Reaper thought something was going to happen so he sent Kago to ensure Midori could help in any fights and watch Medusa from afar. Since he holds a grudge against Medusa for injecting black blood into Midori months ago, he agreed.
