HEY LOOK WHO'S JOINING THE BANDWAGON! 
Basically, the plot is that you play as a video game character (yes, OC's are allowed. Really, though, they're FC's) and you're in a war. You're either on Marcus Fenix's side, or the Covenant.
Fenix= "Good" Covenant="Bad"
Just about any video game is allowed. Except movie game characters. This means even though they may have made a Dr. Waffle movie into a game, doesn't mean you can have Dr. Waffle. Dr. Waffle doesn't exist either...
