Clair walked in London with her family. It was good to be home.

Home. Hershel Layton had loved to be here in London, and had been glad he had Claire with him this Christmas. He had lost her once, twice before. This time he had her. Not only did he have Claire, he had his daughters. Helen and Flora. Though Flora wasn't a daughter by blood, he had taken her in to stay with him. He walked beside Claire, Helen by his side. "Claire, it's not much further to pick up Flora now." he told her. A chilling breeze passed by as he continued to walk.

"That's good, I can't wait to see her. Everyone will be together" she said, happily.

"Right, you were hardly introduced to Flora the last time you saw her." Hershel said, beginning to recall that Claire had not really met Luke or Flora the last time she had been in London a year or so ago. "You'll get to know her better now."

"I sure hope so, being her adoptive mother and all" she giggled.

"Yes, her adoptive mother should know quite a bit about her." Hershel Layton said. Flora had an adoptive mother before. Of course, that adoptive mother had been a robot and not such a great woman, er, robot, but Flora did have an adoptive mother once.
"Dad. We're just about there." Helen interrupted as she pointed at the private school. Helen was glad she wasn't in there, instead Flora took her place.

"Yes, I can't wait! I hardly remember what she's like"

"Let's go already then!" Helen said. Impatient? Somewhat, yes, according to herself. She was a bit excited about seeing Flora as long as she didn't make them food. She ran up to the school, knocking on the door.
"Oh, Helen." Hershel Layton said with a sigh. Hershel wasn't sure if she was always like this, but she hardly acted like that around him. She must've really liked Flora.

Claire waited by Helen, excited.

The door opened, and out came Flora, wearing a dress. Of course, she always wore that dress anyways. She didn't even notice Claire when she hugged Helen.
"Flora! It's been a few months, hasn't it?" Helen said with a smile beaming on her face. She glanced to see that Hershel had been beside Claire while she spoke with Flora. "Mom's alive."
"Mom?" Flora asked. Her mother had died when she was very young. Now she saw Claire! "Claire? But, didn't she die?" Flora was quite bewildered at the sight of Claire.

"Lady Claire, it's good to see you." Flora said as she was suddenly hugged by the older woman. She had not known Claire very well, but she remembered that the woman loved Professor Layton.
"Well then, shall we get back home then?" Hershel Layton asked. Was that snow he saw falling? Puffy flake after puffy flake fell down, just barely noticeable at first.

((Kevin, you might want to see the announcements. ^^ ) "Yes, er, mother." Flora said. Flora hardly called Lady Dahlia mom, and she didn't even call the professor dad or father. She may stick with just saying Lady Claire, or Claire. Anything besides mom. At least they would be heading home now. "Yes Professor, let's go home now." "Right then. Come along now, it's not far from here." Hershel said as he began to walk. Snowflake after snowflake fell down. Claire had "died" when it snowed. When she went back in time, she had missed a rare snowfall. Snow was very hard to find in London, yet here it was, tumbling down softly. He glanced at Flora and Helen, both on either side of him.

((i just saw that haha)) "I can'te believe its snowing! I haven't seen snow in a long time. Maybe you girls could play in it then have some hot coacoa." she suggested. So far she liked Flora. She knew it would take awhile to adjust to having her as a mother, but she would be as nice as she could to her.
