Puck bit his lip, looking anxiously towards the door. Indeed, his father was entering the dinning room, looking like a king in all his robes. Keeping his head down, Puck swallowed, suddenly much more nervous than he had been before. As Oberon took his place beside Titania, he cast his gaze over the table at each of his children. His eyes stopped on Clopin, but before he was able to say anything, Titania whispered something to him, and Oberon nodded with a slight frown. "Good evening, my children," Oberon said deeply. "Good evening, father," they responded in unison. Puck rolled his eyes, imagining a horror film along these lines. "I trust that you have each enjoyed your time at boarding school?" Several said yes, will others just grumbled amongst themselves. Oberon's eyes narrowed, and he signaled a butler over, telling him to bring out the food. Puck sighed as tray after tray of food was set upon the table, glancing at Clopin from the corner of his eye. "He's rather stiff about what he expects from us," Puck whispered.

Clopin shrunk back a little, as he watched Titania and Oberon exchange glances at him. What are they talking about? The food looked a lot better than anything he'd ever eaten in his entire life, but that same life was probably at stake, especially after dinner, where Oberon and Titania would discover the "big news" about their son and his new "friend." "I imagine he's stiff about grades as well?" Clopin asked. For once, he himself was glad that the classes he took were somewhat easy, especially when he had people helping him.

Puck nodded grimly. As the people around him began to eat, he forced himself to do the same so as not to look out of the ordinary. Sighing, he looked around the table at each of his siblings, recognizing some and others not. Spotting Anubis, he suddenly remembered Clopin saying that he thought he'd get along with him. Putting a hand on the other's shoulder, he nodded in the direction of the boy. "That's Anubis," he said quietly. He then nodded to a boy beside him. "And that's Anansi. And there's Odin, Grannie, and the triplets."

"I see." Clopin observed quietly. Anubis did seem a bit....off, as Puck had said, and all the other siblings were definitely ignoring him. Anansi had his spiders, and the triplets seemed to be up to no good, even at the dinner table. The gypsy kept his eyes low, and focused on his food instead of Oberon and Titania. He could feel their stares, and it was becoming a bit unbearable for Clopin. He turned to Puck. "Maybe we should just tell them now. I can't stand the way they keep staring at us." Clopin hissed.

Puck glanced to his parents, and saw that they were indeed staring at the two. "I don't think that they know anything; at least not Oberon. He's too thick-headed to notice something like this. But Titania...." Puck trailed off, growing even more nervous under his mother's stare. "She knows something." After a few more moments of silence, Titania cleared her throat, directing the attention of each of the children. "I can see that we have a guest among us. Puck, why don't you introduce your little friend to us?" Puck glanced at Clopin nervously. Well, it was now or never. "Uh, yeah, this is Clopin. My...boyfriend." Oberon dropped his fork against his plate with a clank. Several of the others did the same, except for Raven and Coyote, who were looking at the two boys anxiously. The first to say anything was Molly, who began to laugh in that awful, screeching way of hers. Puck's face burned, and he suddenly wished more than anything that he could melt into the floor.

"Merde Puck, not like that!" Clopin hissed. His face burned, and he too felt like melting into the floor. The other siblings looked intrigued, as none of them had ever heard of anything so radical. The way Molly was laughing only made it worse for the poor gypsy. And Oberon looked ready to kill. Clopin bit his lip nervously, and slowly looked back up to "Daddy Oberon", waiting for the final verdict.

"It slipped out!" Puck hissed back nervously. Swallowing, he turned back to look at his father, who was gripping the edge of the table dangerously. Titania looked slightly concerned, and put a hand on her husband's arm. Oberon still held the same look of anger as before, however, and Puck began to feel a deep dread in the pit of his stomach. "Er, Puck, I think that you might want to go," Coyote whispered, glancing at the faces of their parents. "Now." Puck nodded, and stood, but before he could excuse himself, Oberon glared at him a final time before shouting, "Get out of this house!" Puck nodded even quicker at his father, and pulling Clopin by the arm, ran from the room, Molly's harsh laughter still ringing in his ears.

Clopin frowned as Puck pulled him away, and sighed. Well, that went just wonderfully. He turned to Puck, with a worried expression as the other dragged him up the stairs, and to the "tower" room. "Puck, I have this horrible feeling that it's all my fault. If we hadn't gotten together, this would have never happened. I'm so sorry." Clopin said, avoiding the other's eyes for a second. He knew that they would have to go stay with the other family, but he felt bad for Puck's just having been disowned.

Perfect. Sensational, Puck thought to himself as they headed up the stairs. This was unbelievably embarrassing and rather nerve-wracking as well. As they entered the room, Puck nearly fell back down the stairs at Clopin's words. "Sorry?" Puck shook his head with a frown as he stepped farther in, seizing his suitcase from the floor. "Don't be, there's nothing for you to be sorry about. It's not your fault that he reacted that way." He walked over to Clopin, taking his hand in his own for a moment. "Look, I'll admit, I wish that things had gone better down there, but I'll take being with you over being a member of this family any day," he said, staring into the gypsy's eyes.

"Are you sure, Puck? Because your brothers looked awfully hurt about your leaving." Clopin said, picking up his own suitcase. However, he didn't move until he was back in the clothes he'd left the airport with. With a sigh, he looked back up to Puck. "How do you intend on making your way downstairs without your father killing us before we even make it out the door?" he asked. Oberon had looked incredibly ticked off, and there was no doubt in Clopin's mind that he would probably kill them.

Puck sighed. That was another question entirely. But before he could answer, he was interrupted by a knock at the door. A second later, Coyote and Raven had stepped in, worried expressions on both their faces. "Dad's on the warpath," Raven said to Puck. "Great," Puck sighed again. Eying his clothes from before, he changed in the blink of an eye, moving faster with his actions. He was suddenlyterrified of what his father might do, and wanted to get out as soon as possible. "We need to get to the Xanatos', fast, before there's trouble," Puck said to his brothers, suitcase in hand. They nodded. "Mom's trying to calm him down, but with little success," Coyote said grimly. "How do you two expect to get downstairs?" "That's what we were just discussing," Puck admitted. Glancing about his room, he eyed the window. He turned to Clopin. "Well, they can't get much more shocked. What do you say that we...fly?"

"We either fly, or I'm calling the unicorn. It would look odd enough if we were to just fly out the window with two large suitcases, and people would indeed be scared. I think it would be better if we called Bob." Clopin said, as he turned to Coyote and Raven with a small grin. "And I doubt you two have ever seen a unicorn, no?" he asked. Before Clopin could say anything, he could hear Oberon's angry yelling, and Titania trying desperately to calm him down. "Puck, make your decision fast..." Clopin hissed.

"Wait, what the hell are you two talking about?" Coyote asked quickly, raising an eyebrow. Puck bit his lip as he heard his father downstairs. "I'll...explain it to you two later," Puck said to Raven and Coyote. Turning back to Clopin, he said, "Alright, call Bob."

Clopin nodded, and whistled loudly. He then ran over to the window, and opened it, before calmly walking back to his place next to Puck. "You'll see in just about--" Clopin was cut off by a loud clattering of hooves, followed by a crash. It appeared that the unicorn had taken a misstep, and he tumbled straight into the wall. "Ow..." Bob muttered, as he stood back up to face the boys. Flicking his tail, he tossed his mane, and looked over to Clopin. "What do y'all want, Trouillefou? I've got a job to do for the Warden! Whatever it is, it'd better be quick, 'cause you're making me miss my killing spree!" Bob whinnied.

Raven and Coyote stared at Bob with a shocked look in their eyes. Blinking slowly, the turned to Puck. He gave a half smile, and shrugged. "Bob, I just...my parents found out about me and Clopin. My father's on a rampage downstairs, and I've been disowned. We need you to fly us to the house of a friend." Puck only hoped that Bob would be quick about it. There was no telling whether or not Oberon would be coming up the stairs.
