Kevin remembered that Midori's power included fire... Why did he have to try it, why did he have to be this. Now he couldn't be around Midori, unless he could cotrol it. He stood still and watched her leave. There was one thing to do. "Blue! I need you! Now!" he yelled, looking for Blue star, small tears forming in his eyes.

Blue Star yawned and walked around the corner, "You know you don't need to yell so loud. Though sleeping in the rafters probably wasn't the best of my ideas. What do you need Kev?"
She looked at the boy and raised and eyebrow, "You okay?"

"I can't be with Midori 'cause I'm evil and she's fire, and the tree, and the burning, and the stupid brother book, and my book with the stupid torn page, and the knocking out and the waking up and the evilness!!" he bursted out unware in probly didn't make any sense to her.

Blue Star pulled Kevin into a hug, "Kid calm down and stop speaking gibberish. Now what's wrong? Something about Midori's fire?"

Kevin hugged her back, then took a deep breathe. "I absorbed Midori's fire and I went crazy, i burned a tree and then i ran after her trying to burn her. But when it wore off it knocked me out and I couldn't remember a thing. Now I can't be around anything with fire, including her. We have to fix it!:"

"Okay Kev," Blue Star said, "As long as you don't syphon off from Midori you should be fine. Try wearing gloves till we figure something out. So far as long as you don't intentionaly absorb you control your powers pretty well. It's when you lose consentration that will get you."
She smiled down at Kevin and stroked his hair, "You'll be find kid. You ever need anything you know L and I will help you."

"Thank you, I'll do any kind of training that will help too, if we figure out something. But do you know where I could get some gloves?" he asked, sucking his tears up, and trying not to look sad.

Blue Star slipped off her gloves and handed them to the boy.
"Find me later and I'll give you your own pair," she said, "I want those back. If you don't mind me asking why do you care about Midori?"

Kevin took the gloves and put them on his hands. "Thank you" Then he looked down at his feet. "Midori's... special. She's like no one I've ever met before. I couldn't bare to loose her, yet I don't know why"

Blue Star nodded and ruffled his hair, "Got get her Kev. Knowing Midori she's probably hidding in the library. That's where she hid from Kago at DWMA."
Blue Star smiled and started walking off, "I still want those gloves back!"

He looked up. "Okay, I'll find her. And you'll get them back!" He set off towards the creepy library. He opened the door, with the right amount of strength this time and walked to the back. "Midori? You here?"

"Yo Midori," Shiro said from where they sat in the dark section, "I think osmosian kid is here."
"Shh," she said putting out her flame light and huddling against the bookshelf.

He saw the glimpse of light just before it went away. "To late, Your book for a brother gave you away. Don't worry tho. I got gloves" He held out his hand even though you probly couldn't see anything in the dark.

"Doesn't matter Kevin," she said, "Gloves don't really do anything if they get burnt up."
She lit a small fire in her hand and looked up at him, "Shiro was telling me that my basic being is fire...even my hair is consentrated with it."

"They keep me from absorbing things tho. When I they get caught on fire I think I'll be to the freak out point and throw them off and run away. So what if your basically fire.. I can learn to control it. I know I can"
