Shadows of love

[Lotti]

"Well, kind of. Someone was pretending to be Naveen, and, well, not many pleasent things happened." Lotti said with a sigh. "But, out with the old and in with the new, right?" She picked up her fork, poking at the food that sat upon her plate.

[Dr. Facilier]

Facilier just looked at lotti in sadness, he had no idea about being so wanting for romantic company. He felt bad and wanted to make the idea better "I'm sorry, I brought it up, I don't know how that came out, I guess I just felt bad 'cause you looked unhappy." He then lifted lotti's chin and said "I never meant to hurt you"

[Lotti]

Lotti wished she remembered to put blush on her cheeks because they were so red. "Well, thanks Facilier. But really, I'm fine. We should eat our food really soon though." she said. "Don't want it to get all nasty because we were talking." Of course, such a great excuse. Not really.

[Dr. Facilier]

"Sure" He replied. As they ate he just looked at lotti. That wasn't really a smart move he just did. He felt so embarassed, he was supposed to be smooth not stupid. The waiter came back a little later asking "Anything else?" Facilier just replied "No thanks, I'll take the check" The waiter left and facilier stated "Well, after this, hopefully it'll be better"

[Lotti]

Maybe the night would get better. Hopefully soon. Lotti took a bite out of the shrimp scampi, and she was glad she did. "Oh, this is amazing, darlin'! You have to try it!" Lotti said with her mouth full. How could she forget to swallow before talking? This was a date, not back home.

[Dr. Facilier]

Facilier did take a bite and he exclaimed after eating it "Wow, nice! Yeah, what nice scampi" Facilier then said "I guess I picked a nice place then"

[Lotti]

"Yes, you sure did." Lotti said after swallowing this time. "I never been to a fancy place like this before. I guess there's lots of other things besides New Orleans, and their restraunts. I still like Tiana's place though, but this place is... different."

[Dr. Facilier]

"Yeah, those people are nice though, didn't give a hard time with anythin'" Facilier was eating a little later after he spoak. As he finished the waiter got the reciept and...surprisingly it costed only 8 dollars each. He paid the waiter and waited for lotti to finish.

[Lotti]

As soon as Lotti finished her food, she began talking to Facilier. "So, is there anythin' else I should know about you, Facilier?" Lotti asked with a smile. "Good or bad? Well, maybe nothing is bad about you, but, anythin' I should know?"

[Dr. Facilier]

Facilier just replied "Well, I can get one heck of a temper but I'm a person that convinces people to do things." Facilier then asked "What about you, got anythin'?"

[Lotti]

"Well, I think of myself as a very nice person who just loves all those fancy things." Lotti said. If he had to know anything about her, it was that she loved fancy things. She would rarely settle for anything less then something very shiny and expensive.

[Dr. Facilier]

Somone who liked expensive stuff, he could get stuff like that once and a while. Facilier continued "Well, I also tell futures and make magic" Facilier wanted to let her know this because this was a conversation of truth and he thought this wouldn't be a problem

[Lotti]

"Futures and magic? Like what kinds of futures and magic?" Lotti asked, interested even more now. "Even better than the circus magic?" Now, Lotti hardly ever knew anything about a circus at all, but that didn't matter.

[Dr. Facilier]

"Oh way better" Facilier said "I'll show you at my house later" Facilier said. He then said "This place and this night is real nice"

[Lotti]

"Yes, it's rather gorgeous, isn't it?" Lotti said, glancing out the nearest window outside. "It's been forever since I've seen them stars. I used to see stars all the time in New Orleans, but with the schooling and all, I've never had the time to watch them again."
