Personality: Professor Layton is quite the gentleman with a knack for puzzles. He's only been seen really angry once, and is known to tell others to act properly like a gentleman or lady.
History: After Claire died again and Luke left, Layton would spend his days teaching at Gressenheller University, and doing his best to avoid Flora's cooking. When Layton heard of another school, a high school, he decided to switch schools to teach at. Though he had no idea there would be animals.

"It's quite simple. The clock says twelve o'clock." the professor said. "I would not say that you can solve puzzles with ease since this is the twenty-eighth time you've done this. Now, you should get to your next class."
