"Oh okay. I don't have any powers." Artemis said he couldn't help but pat the sunglasses in his pocket. 'I'll tell no one about them', He thought to himself.

"Powers aren't all there cracked up to be, when you can't control them. I've had some pretty scary and awkward things happen to me because of them. My parents disowned me because of them." he said.

"Good Job Midori," Blue said, "First step of training is to never let your opponent know your ace. That means hand to hand or weapon to weapon. Wait for the right time to spring your trap."
Midori stepped back in line and rubbed at her left eye.

Artemis akwardly stepped forward. He hoped no one knew how nervous he was.

Blue Star gave a nod to Kevin and turned to face Artemis.
"Combat experience?" she asked.
"We'll go after class," Midori whispered back rubbing harder at her left eye.

He took his stance, his left leg behind him, his right in front, and his hands balled into fists ready to fight. 'Oh boy' He thought. Artemis swung his left arm at her.

Blue Star blocked easily and returned with a swing of her own.
"You have to hit faster and harder," Blue Star said, "Don't hold back."
"Maybe," Midori said.
The left side of her face was burning now. She took her hand away as she felt the heat on it. A small trail of green fire was carving a pattern into her skin. The swirls when just abover her eye to just below it in a simple pattern. It looked slightly like and ocean wave.
