Kevin turned around. Nothing like that could hurt him in his metal state. His absorbtion normally gave him a great defence boost. "That all you got?" he said unnafected. Then slapped him in the head with the butt of his sword arm.

"I didn't want to use your weakness. Which is obviously fire." Ike rubbed his head. He set his sword on fire again.

Artemis had a feeling this wouldnt end up well. He backed away from the fight and pulled Misa back too. "This won't end good." He told her.

The blasts just kinda bounced off the metal, hurting him but not much. Then the metal wore off... "Darn that was the shortest time ever..." Then his eye caught ike playing with his firey sword again. 'No' he thought but before he could catch himself he absorbed the fire and ran around setting trees on fire screaming, "Yes... the fire is powerful! Powerful for Kevin, none for you.. Power!"

Claudio saw the boy overreacting and knelt to grab him in a psybeam and absorb the fire from the boy. As fun as the fight was, he had to help someone he saw as unstable. If he planned on helping the stars, he could help this kid.

Artemis put his arms around Misa to protect her. They back up further into the corner of the room.
Ike gasped. His sword turned normal again. He held it up into the air straight at Kevin. The sword immediatly sucked the fire up. He ran to Kevin.

Kevin squirmed around, "No don't take away my fire, fire good fire powerful!!"

Kevin kept squirming. "Help me hold him down." Ike said to Claudio.
"I agree." Artemis noticed he still had his arms around Misa and akwardly put them down and into his pockets.

Claudio ran over and put his arms on the boy, but also used his mother's inherited psychic powers to soothe Kevin and hold him down, "Kevin, the fight is over."

Misa giggled at Artemis's awkwardness. "Hey umm, do you wanna do something this afternoon together?" she asked.

Kevin still squirmed, but then the fire wore off and he was knocked out.

Claudio was working into Kevin's mind, calming every firing synapse. The one thing he didn't understand is how he could control his powers in cases of urgency and self defense, but he could never practice anything but intangibility on his own yet.
