"Thanks. So do you guys like bowling?" He asked her. Ranulf was happy in this new place. He felt that if Zelda would leave, so would he.

"actually, I've never done it. I had never even heard of it till today!" Zelda tried to pick up a bowling ball but almost dropped it. "whoa! Why is it heavy!?"

Ranulf took Zelda's hand and led her to the open lane. "Put these fingers into these holes," Ranulf instructed guiding her hands with his. "Then you roll it down the isle." He hugged her to show her how to roll the nine pound ball.

Zelda wasnt paying any attention to bowling. All her focus was on ranulfs arms around her. She occasionally said, "ohh so thAts how you do it!" or "can you show me how to do that last step again?" or "yay! We hit the pins!"

Ranulf smiled with his sharp teeth shining. "This is nice." He whispered hoping Zelda didn't hear him thinking aloud.
