New Year's Eve Party!

Ikuto smiled. "Then how about you. Me. Dinner tomorrow night." Ikuto asked. He could care less about homework, he always did it early. He was pretty much laid back and would chose not to do if he didn't care that much about his grade.

Utau felt her face heat up. "Really, i feel the same way." she said batting her eye lashes with a smile.

Kid smiled. "Yes, now i can fix your hair so it can be perfect." Kid said with a smile. "I know exactly what i am going to do." he stood tall and happy

Blair smiled as she looked at Ikuto. "Of course. I'll be there!" She told him. She leaned up and hovered by Ikuto's lips, a smile on her face. "I better not, I have had fish." Blair laughed.

Elliot smiled as he and Utau danced. "I guess we were made for each other." He said.

Kiki smiled and stood as still as she could, which still wasn't very good. "Whatcha going to do?" She asked. Kiki looked at Kid and started swaying her shoulders side to side. "Imma gonna be symmetrical!" She sang.

Ikuto smiled. "Great. Glad that you will." he said with a twitch of his ears. "I would hate to be stood up by such a lovely lady." he said with a smile.

Utau smiled a bright smile. "Maybe you are right." she said with a smile.

"Hold on silly, it's a surprise." Kid laughed as he finished her hair up with a couple of ribbons. "Here you go, all done." he was proud of his work and glad that he had such a wonderful girl

"Well, I could never stand a guy like you up." Blair smiled and quickly kissed him. She leaned backwards and smiled at him.

Elliot laughed and smiled at Utau. "Course I'm right! It's so obvious!" He joked, but pulled her closer to him. "Nah, that was a joke, but...maybe it wasn't in a way."

Kiki scrunched her eyes up while Kid did her hair. "Finally! Now we can dance!" She cheered, jumping and clapping her hands. "But first..." She smiled and ran over to the food table and motioned for Kid to join her. "Come on! I'm starving!" Kiki laughed, and quickly looked at her hair in a silver tray. "Aww! Kid! I love it!" She shouted over to him, motioning to her hair.

Ikuto could feel himself cheer on the inside. He wasn't much of a dating guy but this girl. This cat, she was different. She was special. "Good."

Utau smirked and nudged him playfully, "I like your jokes." she said laughing.

Kid smiled happily, "Good, glad you do." he said. "It had to be perfect, just for you!" he said. "and symmertical. Come on, let's dance." he offered his hand out

Blair smiled up at Ikuto and looked him in the eyes. She couldn't help thinking that she actually liked him, and wasn't just playing around. "Great." She laughed.

Elliot laughed and nudged Utau back gently. "Thanks, this may sound weird, but I like your laugh." Elliot told her and gave a tiny shake of his head. "Actually, that didn't sound all that bad."

Kiki smiled and quickly put a piece of cake in her mouth. "Oh! These are Wesley's' cakes! I'd recognise them anywhere! Hey Kid! You gotta try one of these!" She yelled suddenly and held out a piece of cake. "There amazing! I should know! I got to eat them every day when I worked for Elliot and Wesley!"

Ikuto smiled and kissed her on the cheek. "I like that you smell like fish, it seems good." he whispered in her ear.

Utau smiled and wrapped his arms around him. "That's good because i like the way you talk."


Kid glanced at the cakes before taking one and eating it. "You are right, these are pretty good aren't they?" he glanced at Tarb and then at Kiki. "Kiki, do me a favor. Dance with your friend over there? He looks lonesome."

Blair smiled at Ikuto and kissed him on the cheek too. "That's because we're both cats, and what do cats love, fish!" Blair laughed.

Elliot smiled and wrapped his arms around Utau. "I like your hair, and your eyes." He said, gently brushing his fingers through a strand and looked into her eyes.

Kiki looked over to Tarb and nodded to Kid. "Okay, be right back!" She laughed and kissed him on the cheek. She smiled as Tarb quickly joined her on the dance floor.

Kiki laughed and danced with him, leaning backwards every now and then to remind Tarb that she didn't love him. She looked up suddenly when she heard Tarb growl. "WHY DO YOU KEEP WALKING AWAY!" He shouted, his fists clenching at his sides. Kiki smiled and took a step forward reluctantly, and took hold of Tarb's hand. "Ssssh! Tarb! Don't shout! I don't like it, we're meant to be friends! Not enemies any more!" She said and hugged him, instantly silencing him.

Misao looked at Crona and slowly leaned closer to him. It was so nice to be with someone like him. He was shy...but she was shy too. Probably just as shy as he was. "I'm....glad i came tonight...." she muttered.


Ikuto smirked and pulled Blair closer to him so close that they were almost kissing. "That we are." he said with a smirk.

Utau watched the scene with a glare but then turned back to Elliot. "I like everything about you." she whispered and kissed him.


Kid watched the scene with interest. Tarb wa quite interesting. yes, that was the word interesting....prehaps he still had feelings for Kiki. That must have been it. Was Tarb jealous?

Crona blushed as Misao leaned closer and smiled nervously down at her. "Um..yeh...I'm glad I came too." He agreed, and his smile grew less nervous.

Blair raised and eyebrow at Ikuto and leaned even closer, so their lips were almost touching. "Little kitty cats." She whispered.

Elliot smiled as Utau kissed him and smiled down at her. "You win, but for the record, I love everything about you."

"Come on! Why don't we do some real dancing!" Tarb yelled excitedly, pulling back from Kiki slightly. He smiled as she began laughing for no apparent reason. "You're crazy you know that?" Tarb laughed.

"WRONG! Compared to a normal person, I'm crazy, but compared to a crazy person....I'm still...crazy. Huh, ah well!" Kiki yelled, bursting into a fit of laughter after it.

Misao smiled as she leaned closer to Crona and let the music fill her mind it was so relaxing being with Crona. He understood her. That's what she always wanted in someone.


Ikuto kissed her lips before pulling her back. "But you are a perfect kitty." he purred almost.


Utau blushed and looked down at her feet. "You are being too modest." she said. "I am not that perfect."


Blood turned his eyes back to the dance floor hoping to dance with someone else. he noticed that everyone was having a good time, why spoil the moment, even the teachers were having a good time.


The door opened again and Mirajane stepped in wearing her party dress, she moved towards the Baffin table. Free glanced at Blue Star and poked her in the shoulder.

"Blue Star....hey Blue Star..." he said nervously. "Who is that?" he asked pointing at Mirajane

Blair let out a little 'mew' and leaned closer to Ikuto. "Well...Blair likes being a perfect little kitty ~nya. How about Ikuto?" She asked, looking up at him with an innocent expression.

Elliot smiled and lifted Utau's chin up with his hand. "Am I? From the way I see you, your amazing." He told her, a genuine smile appearing on his lips.

Kiki giggled and took a step back from Tarb, and gave him a little wave. "Thanks for the dance Taru-Taru! But now I gotta dance with Kid." She told him, and bit her lip at his hurt expression.

Tarb hoped Kid wasn't watching when he suddenly went right in her face, though not touching it. "Ya know....I watch Dren a lot...And he always does this around Zoey...What does it mean?" He asked, as he gazed into Kiki's shocked eyes.

"Uh...well....It means that your about to kiss me, so, BYE!" Kiki shouted, pushing away from Tarb and running over to Kid.

Ikuto smirked and bit her ear before speaking. "I would prefer to be known as the sexy alley cat." he whispered with a smirk. This girl did not mind that he was a little bit of a pervy but also a flirt. He liked that.

Utau blushed and kissed him again. It was odd but it was almost like that she and Elliot were destined to be together like soul mates. Were there such things? Of course there were.

Kid smirked at his golden girl. "Want to dance now?" he asked when the door opened again and he smiled when he saw Bridget enter.

She was dressed in blue, like the dress she had worn at the party Elliot had thrown for them. She blushed when she saw someone staring at her. "Kiki, i think Blood's got his eyes on your friend there." he looked over at Mirajane to see that Free was blushing trying to decide if he should talk to her or not

Blair smirked and raised an eyebrow. "Well then, Blair's a sexy kitty with magic." She secretly hoped that Ikuto didn't mind her flirtatiousness.

Elliot smiled and slowly let go off Utau's chin. He wrapped his arms around her waist with a smirk. She was perfect...to him at least, and that was all that mattered.

Kiki nodded and gently took hold of Kid's arm. "Yeh! Let's show 'em how it's done!" She cheered, forgetting about everything with Tarb for a moment. She turned with a smile took look at Bridget and Blood. "I wanna beat Blair this time!" She said, and ran over to Bridget. "COME HERE BRIDGET! THERE'S SOMEONE YOU JUST GOTTA MEET! BLOOD DUPRE! GET YOUR BUTT OVER HERE NOW AND DANCE WITH BRIDGET!" Kiki yelled, jumping up and down slightly from the excitement.

Blood glanced over at Kiki and shrugged. Taking his time he walked over to the girl. "What is it you are yelling about? It is quite rude ya know." he then noticed the girl behind her. Shyly blushing at him. "and who is this beautiful lady?"

Kid shook his head and slapped his face with his hand. 'Bridget good luck to you.' he thought.


Ikuto shook his head. "You'll have to show me some of your magic some day, is it is as good as your kisses?" he asked cocking his eyebrows.

"This was and is a great party Elliot." Utau said with a smile
