"Thanks," Hanna said, trying not to sound cold, which worked. He didn't really know where to go from here. This guy resolved every "saving Maka" issue with injuring her. That's not how to get off on the right foot with Hanna.

"Come on Hanna," Maka said smiling at him, "Soul's my best friend. He's sticking around."
She gave Hanna the most pouty face she could muster.

Hanna didn't fall for the pouty face. He still worried every second of the day about her, and this kid she called a friend didn't exactly help, seeing as every time Hanna saw him, he was being a problem. He faked a smile for her and then returned to his silence.

This slightly pissed Maka off, "Really Hanna? You're going to fake a smile?"
She sighed and let go of both boys' hands. Crossing her arms close to her, she really hated when Hanna was like this. It took her forever to cheer the guy up. She looked at Soul hopping for a bit of help.

Soul saw Maka giving him a look that said 'a little help here?' He had no idea what HE could do, and was sort of drawing a blank.
"Hey, Hanna, what the heck's the matter?" he asked

"Nothing," Hanna said, holding it in. He promised Maka he wouldn't be jealous anymore, but he couldn't help but be mad. "It's all good."

Maka sighed, "Get it out now you two. Seriously, this is getting ridiculous and I want to know what the heck makes you two hate eachother."
She leaned against the walls and looked at the two boys.

Soul was just as quiet as Hanna. He hated this guy and yeah he was dying to rip on him, but Maka wouldn't like him for it. He'd rather play it safe and shut up.

Hanna just glared at him, as if saying 'after you'. He was not going to say anything unless Soul did, and he couldn't wait to hear why Soul didn't like him and for Maka to finally understand what he was going through.

"You're not leaving till you guys get this out of your system," she started plainly.
Sitting down on her coat, she knew that if she threatened to stay here and not seek medical attention they'd give up and cave. She was feeling slightly light headed.

'Ah great, she's staying...course, I could always TRY to leave.' Soul thought. He knew that wasn't gonna be a good idea, not in the slightest. But he still wasn't going to say anything.

Hanna was faltering. He was completely worried about Maka, but he was just as stubborn and wasn't going to do anything to break and mess up things with her. Not over this jerk.

Maka sat looking up at the two, shesh they where stubborn. She crossed her arms and ran her hand over the blood on the floor.
"I'd say I'd go to the infermery if it got you two to jsut say what's on your minds," she said, "But since you two are just going to stand there I'm staying right here."

Soul wasn't one to crack under pressure, never was. Besides, Hanna had healed her major wounds so she'd be fine for a while. Once she started getting dizzy visibly, maybe then he'd say something.

Hanna caved. Her safety was important. "I just don't like that every time he's near you, you end up getting hurt somehow, and that he hates me just because I try to make you happy. You're the most important thing to me, and I wish he could see that I'd do nothing to hurt you in any way."
