Astrid closed ehr eyes as her meds kicked in. She was going to be pretty calm and totally out of it. She smiled lazily over at Zara and placed her hands behind her head.

Zara was playing with the hood, now that hers and Astrid's info discs were out of it. She pulled it over her head and started tapping on the touchpad, humming a little tune like a child would when bored. It was a miracle that Astrid dealt with Zara when her playful programming overrid her systems like this.

Astrid pushed herself off the bed adn crouched next to Zara's bed, "Zara."
She waited for the girl to look at her. She was always really weird when she'd taken her meds.

Zara looked over, hood pulled over her eyes so her mouth was all Astrid could see. She decided to be playful and use some Earth slang she picked up in the halls, "Yo."

Astrid smirked and leaned up to the girl, planting her lips on the programs. She was so adorable when she used Earth slang.

Zara kissed back and giggled, enjoying the fact that Astrid was so cuddly when on her meds. It was a nice change from the whine that Miku had to suffer through.

"What's so funny?" Astrid asked pulling herself up onto the bed next to Zara. She looked at the girl with a confused expression.

"You're being cute again," Zara smiled, laying her head on Astrid's shoulder and playing with her infodisc out of habit.

"I blame the meds," Astrid's usual responce came out as she kissed the top of the black haired girl's head. She wrapped her arms around her short counter part and snuggled around her.

Zara kept gigging. This was her favorite part about being Astrid's program now. She recorded the memory on the infodisc and pulled up the monitor disc, "Check it out, Astrid." The 'sun' was setting on the grid and the disc was displaying just the right angle, "Look what's going on back home." Home. It was her home, not Astrid's. Why did she say that?

Astrid smiled brightly kissing the girl's head, "I miss home..."
She buried her face in the programs hair and beathed in her sent. She loved Zara so much her chest hurt most of the time they where around others.

"We can always visit once and a while. Hours are seconds here, remember?" Zara smiled, enjoying the contact and blushing, "Just give it a day here before we go grid hopping." She didn't tell Astrid yet that she brought the touchpad for quick re-digitizing.

Astrid sighed and hugged Zara close, "I hate Earth you know that...you couldn't have just left me on the Grid?"

"I didn't want to be here without you," Zara blushed, "You wanted me to learn about what your world was like so we could get along better. But I couldn't do it without you here." She fiddled with the touchpad, watching the lights go out slowly on the grid. She didn't want to leave Astrid alone and vulnerable there, either.

"But my home is there Zara," she said with a sigh.
She turned the girl's face towards her and kissed her deeply, Astrid wouldn't leave Zara alone here, she couldn't. Astrid was always worried that the program would forget about her.
