Roxas made a cup of coffee even though it was lunchtime.
"Sorry, I didn't get to have any coffee today because I'm new." he said as he walked over and sat down

"That's fine," Namine said going back to her sketches.
It was difficult to act like this around Roxas, almost unnatural.

Roxas walked over to Namine with his coffee and took a couple sips. He let out a satisfied sound.
"Ah, that's better. So besides what we talked about today, how're things going?" he asked

"O-okay i guess," she said hidding slightly behind her sketch pad and her tea. She almosted smiled at him drinking coffee this late in the day, he'd be wired.

Roxas saw a tiny smile almost form on Namine's face. He looked a little puzzled at it.
"Something funny?" he asked aloud

"n-no," Namine said looking down quickly as her smile evaportated off her face.
Why'd he even bother talking to her? She just didn't understand.

"Okay..." Roxas said, looking at his coffee. He was trying to make things seem normal between them, like it used to be. But Namine wasn't giving him much to work with.
"So uhhh...how's fashion and costuming been since the old days?" he asked, trying to work with what he knew about her

"Pretty good now that i don't have to deal with uptight managers and whiney band members," she said giving Roxas a look that told him she was teasing him about the old bands he managed, "How about you? Do any gigs with...X-xion?"
Why she brought up that name did n't really registar with her. MAybe she wanted to know why exactly he'd left her, but then again she wanted things to be normal again to.

Roxas felt a pang of guilt and sadness hit once again as he heard that name, Xion. The person who had that name had caused them both a lot of damage, though Namine wasn't aware of that part. He knew he couldn't let Namine know it bugged him.
"Yeah, a couple. They were both by accident though since I was freelancing for anyone that needed a backstage manager. For a little bit, I swear she was stalking me." Roxas explained, throwing in a joke

"You where one of them at some points," Namine pointed out, "You always complained after the actors went home. You'd go on about how you could do it better if they wouldn't even try."
She laughed and smiled at him.
