Quin ran in and skid to a stop she grabbed a yogurt from the stand and paid for it. Going on her tip toes to look for a place to sit. She noticed Kai and Dylan, but didn't want to bother them. Where could she sit?

Janelle crossed her arms as Grell walked off, with a scowl on her face. "I'll make sure his dear little "snake" pays dearly if he dares lay a finger on me." she growled. Clopin shook his head. "But you won't be able to harm her, kid. She's immortal as well, just like her father." he said, looking up to the girl on the unicorn. "But like Puck said, don't let him bother you too much. At least you have that dagger of yours." he said with a smile.
"And I'll be expecting most of my clothes back." Clopin said.
"Fine, fine. But wait. If she's immortal, am I half?" Janelle asked, hopping down from Bob's back.

"Janelle...you're adopted," Puck laughed. "Now, if you were...not adopted, then maybe. But...things don't exactly work that way," Puck shook his head, unable to help but laugh.
Still, it was an interesting thought. Janelle seemed to be grasping the concept of magic, so perhaps there would be hope for her yet.
"But Clopin's right about the clothes thing. Though I'll admit they do look nice on her, it's...odd not seeing them on you," Puck smirked, looking back at Clopin.

Kai smiled then spotted quin. "hey quin!" he waved. Then he realized he just waved to a girl! He blushed and took a bite of his fruit salad.

"Oh yeah..I forgot about that." Janelle said with a sheepish smile. Bob opened his mouth to say something, but before he could, Clopin clapped a hand around the unicorn's mouth. "Don't...say...a...word..." he hissed. The unicorn nodded in compliance.
"What was that?" Janelle asked. "Nothing, chère, nothing." Clopin said, with a smile, as he turned to Puck. "They do look good on her, but I thought you liked this outfit better?" Clopin asked, gesturing towards his clothing.
(OOC: They're the same as the clothes he wears on LaOTT)

Quin looked over at the sound of her name. She guessed it was okay with Kai if she sat with them. Running over she slid into a seat, blushing at the fact she was sitting with boys.
"Hey Kai, Dylan," she said with a smile. She untied her ribbons and retied them before opening her yogurt.

"Oh I do, I do. It's just...I'm indecisive!" Puck laughed."Either way, you both look great. Now, what class do you have now?" Puck raised an eyebrow, turning to face his daughter.
Puck was fairly sure that he knew what Bob was about to say, but was glad that Clopin had stopped him. That reminded him of yet another way that Grell tended to embarrass him as a youth.

"how's your day been?" Kai asked. Quin was the first girl he had ever felt ok talking to. One time at a school dance a girl wanted to dance with him but he almost barfed. He definintly was not a ladies man.

Quin was nervious, but she tried not to let is show. Kai and Dylan seemed great. She needed friends here anyways. Kimi couldn't be her only friend.

"I've seen better." he sighed. "my sketch book got ruined from water." he pulled out his now wrinkled sketch book. "and people laughed at my dyslexia again." typical day he thought. "sorry if I'm being such a downer! I'm not good with people..." Kai tried not to be boring. He wanted friends and he never was good at making friends.

"Well...I have Law Enforcement, with "Father" Warden." Janelle said, rolling her eyes. "He wanted me to bring Bob over when I came to class." she said with a laugh. "Is there any reason why you call him "Father" Warden?" Clopin asked, putting his hands on his hips. "Nothing in particular, dad. It's just fun to say, and that's what the inmates called him when he left SuperJail for a long time." Janelle explained.
"I see. Well, we'll be waiting for you after class. We have a surprise for you." Clopin said with a wink, as he watched his daughter enter the class with Bob trailing along behind her.

"It's fine," Quin said. He really wasn't being a downer, he seemed to have really had a bad day, "Sorry about the mean people and your sketch book."
She gave him a small smile and pointed at his chest, "Don't let them get to your heart. If you let it go then nothing can really hurt you. Words are just words."
Her mother had taught her that.

Kai smiled. "thanks. Maybe I do take things to heart. Dylans always been there to back me up though! We even snuck into my dads office last night where we are forbidden to go! We got caught though...." he sighed.
