((ooc: this is open to anyone))
Nari sat up in a tree kicking her legs back and forth on a branch. She missed daddy Lucien and momma Kirey. She sighed, school sucked. There really wasn't anyone here she knew. She missed her family and felt slightly abandoned. She shrugged off her coat and let the weapon filled thing fall to the ground below. Flicking her blonde hair over her shoulders, she hung off the branch by her knees. She heard footsteps coming up, maybe someone she could relate to?

Len walked up and saw a girl in a tree, "Don't tell me your part monkey?" he laughed. He had met so many different people here, he wouldn't be surprised at all if she was. There were part cats, aliens, robots. Anything could go to this school.

"Nari isn't part monkey," Nari said with a smile, grabbing the branch with her hand and swinging down from the branch, "Tell Nari, what is your name?"
She knew she was probably sounding very strange to the boy. She tended to make people weirded out by how she talked.

"Umm, I'm Len. Nice to meet you Nari." he said, a bit caught off gaurd on how she talked. But it didn't bother him to much. It was just... different. But different wasn't always a bad thing, it could certainly be good.

"Len," Nari said testing the name on her tounge, "Nice to meet you Len. Nari was wondering, what house are you in? It'd make Nari really happy if you where in Venomfang."
She needed to shut herself up. Though for Nari that was nearly impossible.

He asked her. She seemed like a nice girl.

Nari nodded smiling lightly, "Yes Nari is. So Len, how old are you?"
She bent over to pick up her jacket. It would be heavy to most people, but she was use to the extra weight. She'd gotten the jacket from Lucien when she first met them. She frowned slightly, tucking some hair behind her ear.

He asked again. They seemed to have something in common, maybe there age was the same aswell.

"Nari is fourteen," she said softly.
She was glad to meet someone her age. Maybe he could help her learn to drop the third person speak. It got on a lot of people's nerves, even her's. She liked this Len boy, he seemed like someone she could be friends with.

"Nari is not offended," she said with a small laugh, "Nari was raised as a...well....um...different girl. She is very special, that was daddy Lucien tells Nari. Nari has always spoken like this. Well since she was three anyways."
She rubbed at the small of her back where her name was branded.

He leaned against the tree,"Interesting. I used to only speak Japanese for a long time. But then I learned english so I can comunicate with more people" He smiled, glad she was not offended.

"Japanese? The people that have ninja and samurai?" she asked, "That's so cool!"
She smiled at Len and pulled back on her coat. It still smelt like Lucien after so many years of her wearing it. Fiddling with the blades on her arms, she glanced around the courtyard.
"Nari only knows how to read in a few different languages." she said.

He laughed, "Yes, but I don't know how to do that. I'm a famouse singer there." he explained. "I know a few languages when going on tour and such you pick up a few things" he told her.

"You sing?" she asked. This interested her so much that she leaned in closer to Len. She'd never been taught personal space. Lucien gave her what she wanted, but that wasn't really much. He even took away her pet dragon when she was bad. Personal space was not something she understood, she always latched herself onto whoever she wanted.
