It's a parody, because I just despise Mary-Sues with all my heart. Especially Paulette. I mean, the author is a very kind person, I'm not saying that she isn't....but UGH. Clopin Mary-Sues scare the carp out of me.

okay. if its a parody that's fine lol. i thought you changed the author's work for that. Don't worry mary-sues scare everyone. one of my characters was a mary-sue but she is slowly changing. But i love her background to much so yeah. lol.

We all make that mistake as writers. I made a HORRIBLE mary-sue. XD
My OC Solaurea used to have:
-Sharingan
-Transformation powers into a Pikachu, Mew, and Rayquaza
-She was Sakura's sister
-Sasuke was her boyfriend
And then the GDW phase, where she was Weed's daughter, and everything followed the GDW storyline.
Yup. Those were my dark days. XD Now she's still a green Akita, with a viable explanation as to why, and her story takes place in Canada. If she were to see Weed now, she would probably maul him and tell him to toughen up.XD

ueah the transformation thing would make sense as a mary-sue. lol the only problem i really had with mine Chandra was that besides being a witch was these two things
-I made it so when she was in a fight she never got hurt (that's because i didn't realize what i had wrote)
-everyone talked about her

it was maka who warned me about it. But that's because i only considered mary-sues people who had no flaws and were liked by everyone. luckily now i know all i have to do is make my characters have flaws and stuff. ^.^ thanks for explaning

lol i looked up definitions of mary-sue and its weird because in every single anime/manga or show there is normally a character who could be considered a mary-sue
Mage!Sue: Similar to the Warrior!Sue, the Mage!Sue has amazing stregnth in magic, or has a magical power that nobody else has. She'll usually wind up upstaging all of the magical characters of the series.
(this would probably be like the one my character Chandra would be considered, but she is a witch who has to learn the same magic as everyone else and only has strong strength in is that she trained but now i am changing her up. but she is my orginal character.)
Lol, now luckily when i make characters for stories i will consider traits and how to potray them
