The Warden leaned forward a bit, with his chin propped up by his hand, thoroughly amused by Grell. "Well, I suppose it wouldn't be too much of a hassle then. I'm sure Bob can convince him to be in both of your classes." he said, looking from Facilier to Grell. "And what were they doing out there in the courtyard last night?" the Warden asked, raising one eyebrow behind his large yellow glasses. "Sir, they were just talking out there. That's all." Bob stated flatly, as he turned to face Grell.

Grell rolled his eyes with a smile. "Well, their lips sure got awfully close for talking," he smirked. Grell decided to drop the subject, as he didn't want to anger the unicorn much further. Not that it would matter if he did, as Grell was immortal and had his death scythe at ready. Grell looked at Facilier curiously. He seemed to be very uncomfortable with the entire conversation. Oh poo, Grell thought with a slight pout. He was sort of cute.

Faclier looked at grel with a curious look and said mostly to change the subject "You said something about being a shimigami, hope y'all take no offense to this, but care to clarify for me?"

Grell smirked at the voodoo teacher. "Certainly. A shinigami is just a fancy name for a death god, or grim reaper," Grell giggled, picking up his chainsaw. "This would be a death scythe," he indicated the machine in his arms. "With it I can take away peoples souls, covering them with a beautiful funeral color. Red," he laughed darkly, remembering how beautiful that traitor Madame Red had appeared as he had drove his scythe into her heart.

"How splendiferous!" the Warden exclaimed. "Another person who shares my passion for killing. I gave Jailbot a bunch of chainsaws and the like, and he used them to his advantage. I remember when he and Bob used to go on little killing sprees." the Warden said, shrugging his shoulders a bit. "It helped create some room in SuperJail." he said with a malicious smile.

Facilier gave an interested grin. So he was a death god, that just reminded him of how he got people's souls. Facilier did that so he could get rid of some of his debt, but for some reason it felt good to kill people especially when they were either annoying to him, somebody he hated from his neighborhood, or just rich people. He gave grel a satisfied grin "Interesting, does that like stab people then take their souls or just suck em and done?"

Sigh....once again, something different had to pull his ever scientific attention from his medical journal. Damn his ninja ears. The silver haired man glanced at Grell askance, taking in the red motif and especially the....chainsaw. A very... for lack of a better word, different view of what a Shinigami was than what he was used to. A flash of chained memories suddenly played unbidden in his head. The third in command's death jutsu, the huge being behind him holding his soul, seeing the aftermath of the jutsu on Orochimaru's arms, having to salve and wrap the blood-soaked limbs again and again each day Kabuto shook himself from the unnecessary recollection. He didn't need any more of a reminder as to why he was here. "Death god, you say? A bit different than what my culture represents you as, but no matter. If you wouldn't mind, I would love to examine you one day. In a strictly academic way, of course."

Grell's smile widened, and he ran his long tongue over his pointed teeth at the other's words. He chuckled darkly. "'Splendiferous' indeed," Grell looked in the man's direction. "I like that...the way it sounds when you say it." Grell smirked, raising an eyebrow. He looked at the pink and white unicorn with surprise. "He...went on killing sprees?" Grell scoffed. "Interesting."

Facilier looked to bob, so he went on killing sprees. Like Grel just said it was interesting. He went back to grel and stated "Well, like I asked before, do you stab em first or do you just have to touch them and it 'll just suck the soul out?" He asked in a evily happy manner and smile

Grell turned to look back at Facilier and the white-haired teacher. "Oh, forgive me, it seems that I was...distracted," he smiled, glancing in the Warden's direction. "As for studying me," Grell looked in the teacher's direction. "I'm sure that that could be arranged," he smirked. "And as for my killing methods," Grell grinned wickedly. "I prefer to drive my scythe into the very core of their soul, bringing forth a fountain of beautiful, red blood," the shinigami sighed.

The pink and white unicorn nodded. "The Warden is correct. Jailbot and I loved killin' sprees. Besides, SuperJail was already overstuffed with the world's worst criminals. It only made sense to kill off a few in our case." Bob said, as he crossed his front legs. The Warden only smiled at Grell, the gap in his front teeth becoming apparent as he did so. "Maybe I should say it more often then." he said with a laugh.

Facilier just laughed evily, grel prefered to have blood to come out of his victims. Facilier began to like this character, sure he was a little odd but like facilier he enjoyed killing his victims. The only difference was not only facilier wanted to do it but he had to, but still "having" to do it didn't matter. Facilier stopped laughing and stated as he saw warden have a gap in his front teeth like facilier had "As my good friend, warden here said splendiferous" He then stated to warden "You know, I like that sayin' too, it's so unique"

Why hadn't Professor Layton introduced himself to Grell? Perhaps he was thinking of Luke so much it clouded his thoughts. Maybe a little bit of Helen, or perhaps Hershel was scared of Grell. Killing. Great, these people killed people. Not like Bill Hawks killed Claire either. No, he didn't know the time machine would explode. He knew it wasn't ready, but he probably didn't think it would kill her.
These teachers, on the other hand, actually purposely killed people. Now, he could understand some of the worst criminals, though he wasn't sure about Grell. Grell was a death reaper, so who knew what he did?

Grell giggled girlishly to the Warden, turning his attention to the one teacher that had remained silent. He seemed like the quiet type, almost like William, in a way. Though this fellow had not resorted to hitting Grell over the head with another death scythe. "Hun, you seem a bit frightened," Grell commented with a smirk, leaning on his scythe. "Don't worry, you're not on my 'To Die' list...actually, hold that thought," Grell pulled out a black notebook that appeared to have red stains dotting the cover. "Nope. Not that it matters; I was fired anyway," Grell shrugged with a laugh, putting away the book. "I was only allowed to kill when my boss told me to. The one time I did it without permission, I got my baby taken away," Grell said sadly, hugging his chainsaw to his chest in a protective hug. "Of course, now...I don't have to wait for an order to kill someone," Grell smiled wickedly. "If I do kill, it's purely for pleasure," he purred.

Good to know. Hopefully Helen wasn't on that list either. Or Luke. Or Flora. "I see." Professor Layton said as he looked at Grell. He obviously liked, no, loved his chainsaw. Sort of like how Hershel loved his tea, except not that much to call it his baby. Professor Layton was sure not touch the chainsaw anytime soon. Or get on Grell's bad side. "I'll be sure to remember that."
